Wind power generation is one of the most mature,economical and environment-friendly new energy generation methods,which has a good development prospect.As a complex mechanical and electrical system with complex structure and numerous components,wind turbines are often located in remote areas and encounter extreme weather conditions such as storm,lightning,ice,salt fog and so on.The harsh working environment leads to frequent failur es,low reliability and high maintenance costs of wind turbines,which pose severe challenges to the stable operation of wind turbines.Based on the actual operation data of a domestic wind turbine in a wind farm,this paper deeply analyses the operation law of domestic wind turbine and its key parts by using Pareto Diagram and other methods and it puts forward the maintenance strategy of wind turbine on this basis.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research on distribution characteristics and maintenance strategy of turbine fault shutdown data.Based on the operation data recorded by the wind turbine SCADA system,through the deep mining and analysis of the fault shutdown data,this paper develops the corresponding maintenance strategy and maintenance measures.The research results show that the key components of the wind farm with frequent faults in the phase III wind farm are deicing system,converter and safety chain system,and in the phase IV wind farm are converter,safety chain system and pitch system.In the process of maintenance,maintenance personnel should focus on and give priority to the repair of key components.In addition,different batches of turbines have different fault distribution and corresponding maintenance strategies.(2)Research on the law of wind turbine fault changing with external environment.The operation performance of wind turbine is affected by the external environment and its failure rate changes with the external en vironment.Based on this,this paper studies the change law of wind turbine failure and the external environment.The results show that there is a high incidence period of faults from October to April of the next year,and there is a low fault period from May to September of each year,and there is a periodic rule of faults in each year.In addition,a wide range of daily maintenance can be arranged in the low wind season in summer,and the corresponding maintenance and subsequent maintenance are carried ou t during the winter strong wind period.(3)Analysis of turbine improvement after implementation of maintenance strategy.Combined with the data of turbine failure shutdown,the author compares and analyzes the turbine improvement after the implementation o f the maintenance plan in the wind farm,and verifies the effectiveness of the proposed maintenance strategy.The research results show that after the implementation of the maintenance plan,the number of failures of phase III turbines in 2020 has decrease d by 9.3%.The breakdown time is reduced by 6%.The number of turbine failures in phase IV decreased by 5.9%;The failure time decreased by 47.2%.The availability rate of phase III turbines increased from 99.26% to 99.38%,while that of phase IV turbines increased from 98.27% to 99.52%.The improvement of the turbine is particularly obviousBased on the actual operation data of a wind farm,this paper uses Pareto Diagram and other methods to get the operation law of wind turbine in the wind farm.It puts forward the corresponding maintenance strategy and specific maintenance measures,to provide suggestions and reference for the maintenance and operation of a wind farm.
