Non-full circumferential open sliding valve is the most widely used sliding valve in hydraulic control valve.Its typical structural feature is that grooves of different sizes and shapes are arranged in the circumferential direction of the spool shoulder.Among these,U-shaped throttle grooves are most widely used due to the advantages of simple structure and process,abundant and variable flow area curves,wide flow regulation range,etc.In engineering practice,due to the phenomena of port migration,flow hysteresis ring and cavitation flow in U-shaped throttle groove,the difficulties in design of valve port structure and accurate prediction of flow characteristics of valve port are increased,which are closely related to the internal energy consumption mechanism of throttle spool valve.With the development of low energy consumption and energy saving valve port technology,the correlation between throttle groove non-full circumferential port structure and its energy consumption mechanism needs to be further investigated from the parameter distribution inside the flow field.In this paper,based on the field synergy theory,the energy consumption mechanism of inner flow field of singlesection U-shaped throttle spool valve was studied by combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In the first chapter,the background and significance of the subject research are elaborated;the current situation of structure research and field coordination theory research of non-full-cycle throttle spool valve are summarized;and the main research contents of this paper are summarized.(2)In the second chapter,the flow coefficient determination method of single section U-shaped throttle spool valve and two calculation methods of flow area of single section Ushaped throttle spool valve are introduced,and the flow coefficient of single section U-shaped throttle spool valve under two calculation methods of flow area is obtained.(3)In Chapter 3,the flow field numerical simulation method of single U-shaped throttle spool valve is verified by model verification and grid independence verification.(4)In Chapter 4,starting from the synergy between velocity and velocity gradient of flow field and the distribution of mechanical energy consumption,the energy consumption mechanism and evolution process of single-section U-shaped throttle sliding valve with different opening and flow direction are explored by applying field synergy theory,and the reasons for the variation of flow coefficient are revealed.In the end of this paper,the paper is summarized and prospected.
