| In recent years,China’s annual coal mining amount is close to 2 billion tons,its storage mode is mainly open pit,open pit coal pollution to the air is also gradually serious.Therefore,it is a clear requirement of the national policy to carry out fully enclosed transformation of coal storage bunkers,which has also become one of the most effective methods to control coal dust at present.At present,the most commonly used fully enclosed coal bunker is steel structure coal bunker,but steel structure coal bunker still has the problems of high falling risk,difficult welding and high cost brought by high altitude operation.When the span of steel structure is large,the roof system also has the problem of large dead weight and large amount of steel.The application of steel column-cable truss structure to coal bunker may solve the above problems.Therefore,this paper studies the structural system of steel columncable truss coal bunker with the background of actual coal bunker project.Firstly,the reliability of the simulation calculation results of the steel column-cable truss structure was verified in this paper,and the steel column-cable truss structure model was created by SAP2000 and Midas Gen respectively for finite element analysis.The displacement values and stress values of component joints were compared and the differences of calculation results were analyzed.Secondly,the main components of the structural system of steel column-and-cable truss coal bunker are preliminarily determined on the premise of reasonable force,load-bearing characteristics and satisfying service conditions.Through the finite element software,the structural members of steel column-andcable truss coal bunker are compared and analyzed in terms of their forms,section types and connection modes.After the structural system of steel column-cable truss bunker is established,the section design of the main components of the commonly used span steel column-cable truss bunker structure and the related checking calculation are carried out in combination with the general situation of the project.Finally,the temperature change may affect the deformation and stress of the steel column-cable truss coal bunker structure.The finite element software is used to simulate the seasonal temperature difference and sunshine temperature difference of the steel column-cable truss coal bunker structure with common span,and the overall roof deflection and the axial stress of the members are co MPared and analyzed.Through the above research,the main conclusions of this article is: the two kinds of cable truss finite element software for steel column store the little differences of coal structure analysis results,this paper is verified in steel column-cable truss structure of coal storage reliability of simulation results,for the following research content to provide a effective and correct way of simulation;The structural system of steel column-cable truss bunker is determined to include main column,wind column,purlin,stay bar,Angle steel truss,inverted parallel fish-belly type cable truss,coupling cable,roof plate and wall panel.Through the design and performance analysis of the main components of steel column-cable truss with common span,the structural system of coal storage bunker with steel columncable truss with common span is safe and applicable.The influence of the two temperature differences on the overall deformation and stress of the steel column-cable truss structure is small,and the influence of annual temperature difference on the steel column-cable truss coal storage bunker structure system is more unfavorable than that of sunshine temperature difference.The two kinds of temperature difference do not affect the normal use of steel column-cable truss coal bunker structure.The conclusion of this paper can provide design ideas and basis for the majority of Party A and related designers,and provide basic information for the construction method research and economic research of steel columncable truss coal storage bunker structure system. |
