Post-use Evaluation Study Of Old Industrial Building Renovation For Exhibition Buildings

In the new era,China continues to inherit its industrial culture.Since the “retreat two,enter three”policy was released,my country’s old industrial building renovation projects have been in full swing.As one of the important models of my country’s old industrial building renovation,exhibition buildings coincide with the pace of urban development.It not only integrates the functions of education,exhibition,leisure and recreation,but also carries a certain urban culture.However,with the increasing number of architectural projects transformed into exhibitions,the success of the project itself has become an issue worthy of attention.Therefore,formulating a corresponding evaluation standard or basis after use is important for the study of old industrial buildings and make great practical significance.This paper selects the transformation of old industrial buildings into exhibition buildings as the research object,and conducts research on the post-use evaluation.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this article sorts out the current research status of exhibition building renovation mode and post-use evaluation in the field of old industrial buildings at home and abroad,analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the research question of this article: old industrial buildings are transformed into exhibitions Post-use evaluation research of buildings.Then,combining old industrial building regeneration and exhibition building related theories,postevaluation related theories and related national standards,through field research and network big data text analysis,under the guidance of expert opinions,the selection includes economic indicators and integration An evaluation index system of 58 indicators in five aspects: indicators,sustainability indicators,building regeneration effects,and user satisfaction.Because this research is a quantification of qualitative issues,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected for overall evaluation.In the process of determining the index weight,the gray correlation method is integrated on the basis of the original analytic hierarchy process.The two complement each other to ensure the weight.The rationality of the results;on the processing of the final results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the validity of the principle of maximum membership degree is tested,and the comprehensive scoring algorithm is introduced to make the final evaluation result more scientific.Finally,this article applies the established comprehensive evaluation model to the Nanjing Republic of China Capital Power Plant’s landed project,and based on the final evaluation results,proposes improvement suggestions for the completed project.This application proves the feasibility of the evaluation model,and also provides theoretical and practical references for the evaluation of such old industrial building regeneration projects after use.The research in this article will enrich and perfect the theoretical system of post-use evaluation of old industrial buildings,and the model steps are simple,intuitive and clear.It has multiple functions such as guidance and evaluation for the regeneration of old industrial buildings into exhibition-type construction projects.
