| With the development of China’s economy,people have put forward higher requirements for the production and living environment,and also heating equipment should better adapt to the needs of the market and consumers.This topic was oriented to the actual development project of electric heating equipment and based on the re-design concept,aiming at the traditional working mode,low efficiency in function,lack of characteristics and homogenization in form.Through re-design,technology transplantation,design geometry and other related methods are used to carry on the innovative design of electric heating equipment.First of all,the heating equipment was "defamiliarized" and expanded to a class of products to analyze and the appropriate electromagnetic heating technology was transplanted to the working mode of electric heating equipment to build a foundation for the subsequent design.Then the perceptual image and color preference of consumers was obtained by the questionnaire survey method,and according to the perceptual image,the basic modeling of heating equipment was obtained through the visual mental image which was corresponding to the geometry,in that case,the product model was deduced from it,meanwhile the representative symbols of regional cultural elements were screened and obtained,which were applied to the subsequent product form design.Finally,based on internal size constraints,perceptual images and the design elements of regional culture,the design geometry method was used to carry on the overall re-design to the design elements,obtaining a heating equipment that met the consumer demand.This design method can not only enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises,but also provide a feasible solution for the re-design of similar products. |
