| The utility tunnel was born in Paris,France in the 19 th century and has a history of more than 180 years.Inside the pipe gallery,there are many kinds of pipelines such as power,communication,heating,water supply and drainage,which are the "lifeline" of urban operation and the "neural network" of smart city.This paper takes the monitoring and realization of the drainage and ventilation system of the utility tunnel as the topic,and studies the drainage and ventilation system of the utility tunnel.Firstly,the process flow and control logic of the drainage,ventilation and lighting subsystem of the pipe gallery are introduced in detail.At the same time,the relevant equipment selection of the drainage and ventilation system is carried out,and the ventilation volume,vent area and drainage facilities of the pipe gallery are roughly calculated.After fully understanding the design requirements of the pipe gallery control system and unified information management platform,this paper introduces the distribution of PLC,analog module and I / O equipment in detail,and draws the relevant electrical schematic diagram.In the software part,the system monitoring screen based on configuration software is developed,and the flow chart of related programs is given.Secondly,this paper optimizes and improves the communication system of the utility tunnel,and builds a wireless sensor network based on 5G communication technology.The system adopts the mode of parallel transmission of single-mode optical fiber and 5g network to upload the on-site monitoring information to Alibaba cloud platform;For the single-mode fiber ring network,the dual redundancy structure is adopted to improve the stability of the communication network.To a certain extent,the improvement of the communication scheme of the comprehensive pipe gallery makes up for the disadvantages of the industrial RS485 communication,overcomes the insulation aging of the electrical equipment in the pipe gallery to a certain extent,and makes a breakthrough in the information transmission distance and transmission speed of the information acquisition system.Finally,this paper puts forward the design and improvement scheme for other ancillary systems of the utility tunnel,such as environment and equipment monitoring system,security system,early warning and alarm system,geographic information system,etc.The integration and networking of the ancillary facilities of the utility tunnel play an important role in its intelligent management,intelligent perception and intelligent decision-making,and provide more help for the construction of a smart city.The drainage and ventilation system of the comprehensive pipe gallery designed in this paper meets the requirements of the national pipe gallery construction standard system,improves the management efficiency and reduces the workload of inspection and maintenance personnel. |
