With the continuous improvement of China's national economic level,problems such as repeated excavation of road surface,urban waterlogging and unreasonable distribution of underground space are exposed in urban development and construction.The emergence of underground comprehensive pipe gallery with the characteristics of intelligence,information and intensification effectively solves the above problems.However,in the existing cases,the monitoring system of the pipe gallery still has the defects of high cost,incomplete monitoring function and lack of unified standards.Therefore,the monitoring system with low cost,comprehensive function and simple operation has become one of the current research hotspots.In this paper,the intelligent information control system of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery based on PLC is described in detail.The system adopts PID control algorithm based on data fusion.The upper computer uses LabVIEW software to design monitoring interface.The lower computer uses Siemens PLC to control the system and the system is tested.In terms of hardware,the system uses Siemens PLC S7-300 as the controller;in terms of software,STEP7 programming software is used to program the temperature alarm and control,liquid level alarm and control,toxic and harmful gas alarm and control,equipment fault alarm and so on.The upper computer uses LabVIEW to design the display,alarm and control of temperature,liquid level,concentration of toxic and harmful gases.In terms of algorithm,the PID control algorithm based on data fusion is designed and applied to filter the data collected from the pipe gallery and complete the control,which reduces the response time of the system and improves the accuracy of the regulation control.Using computer software to simulate the algorithm,and compared with the traditional PID control algorithm,the PID control algorithm based on data fusion has obvious advantages.The functional test of the system is completed in the laboratory,and the test results verify the feasibility of the system.
