| In the background of China’s aging trend,labor shortages and aging phenomena are one of the consequences of the demographic structure changes,and the re-employment of retirees will undoubtedly alleviate labor shortages and reduce the burden of social retirement.The retired and return to duty among the elderly population has become a social group that cannot be ignored in China in recent years.Facing the problems of physical deterioration,change of daily working rhythm and space structure,and insufficient attention to humanization of environmental design at the public level,etc.,how to ensure the retired people to adapt to the change of psychological,physiological and behavioral patterns faster and integrate into urban life and work environment smoothly,so that they can enjoy and do something in the elderly.How to increase the utilization rate and humanization of the slow-walking environment,and provide them with opportunities for daily physiological adjustment.How to care for the retired seniors returning to work through the slow-walking environment,and improve the efficiency and quality of life of the retired seniors returning to work are the focus of this article.From the perspective of urban environment design,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the re-employment of retired elderly groups,relying on the specific needs of the retired seniors returning to work and the current situation of the slow-walking environment,and exploring the future development model suitable for the elderly-oriented slow-walking environment.The main body of the dissertation is as follows: Firstly,through the literature review and compares domestic and international relevant case studies to summarize the design strategies and problems of elderly-oriented slow-walking environments and to provide a theoretical basis for the article’s research;Secondly,Analyze the basic characteristics of the socialization of retired people returning to work and the causes of the current situation of the urban slow-walking environment through field research,clarify the relationship between the needs of returning people and the slow-walking environment,and show the practical significance of the slow-walking environment in the city.Thirdly,with the ageing population returning to work as the core,through the attention to the environment,physiological and psychological aspects and the targeted landscape design principles,the design strategy of the elderly-oriented slow-walking environment is proposed from four levels: optimization of healthy environment and space allocation hierarchy,reconstruction of multi-cultural space and context,behavior and psychological hierarchy and emotion,application of modern intelligent technology,and research on the design method of urban elderly-oriented slow-walking environment.Fourthly,it is a case of the application method of the design strategy of elderly-oriented slow-walking environment in practice,and the above slow-walking environment design strategy is applied to the urban slow-walking environment in view of the specific status of Shenzhen Xiangmi Lake Avenue and the characteristics and problems of retired seniors returning to work.Finally,it is a summary and reflection on the development of the elderly-oriented slow-walking environment.The aim of this paper is to analyze the feasibility of the elderly-oriented design of the slow-walking environment,to create a specific working and living environment for retired seniors returning to work,to promote the steady development of retired people’s re-employment,to help them realize the re-upgrading of their self-worth,and to provide a predictive and corresponding design system for the future urban work and life of retired people in China. |
