| Port and coach stations are important parts of traffic hub buildings in China.At present,few studies was conducted on the energy consumption of such buildings.In this paper,basic data of coach stations was obtained through field investigation and the data was analyzed statistically,then the influencing factors were ranked.The energy saving potential of port and coach stations was studied by energy consumption simulation,which was of great significance to promote the energy-saving renovation of traffic hub buildings.Firstly,field investigation of 8 port stations and 11 coach stations were conducted,basic information of building overview,energy equipment,heating and air conditioning systems,operating conditions and energy bills of the stations were obtained.The annual comprehensive energy consumption per unit area of port stations ranged from 42.70 to100.71 k Wh/(m~2·a),the mean values of cold region and hot summer and warm winter region were 66.58 and 93.86 k Wh/(m~2·a),respectively.The annual comprehensive energy consumption per unit area of coach stations ranged from 31.37 to 88.89k Wh/(m~2·a),the mean values of hot summer and warm winter region and mild region were 67.44 and 39.51 k Wh/(m~2·a),respectively.By testing the thermal environment of waiting room of the port stations in summer and conducting questionnaire surveys on thermal comfort of passengers,the thermal neutral temperature of passengers in port stations of the cold region and the hot summer and warm winter region were calculated as 26.7℃and 27.5℃respectively,and the thermal environment temperature ranged with 80%passenger satisfaction rate of these two regions were 25.6~27.9℃and26.8~28.8℃respectively.Secondly,the influencing factors correlation analysis was conducted on the comprehensive energy consumption per unit area of both port stations and coach stations,the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating per unit area of port stations and heating energy consumption of coach stations by using SPSS,then the influencing factors were ranked.Finally,according to the actual situation of the investigation,the building models of port stations in cold region and hot summer and warm winter region were established.e QUEST was used to calculate the annual load and energy consumption of the building model according to relevant standards,the simulation result was compared with actual energy consumption and the accuracy of the models were verified.The effects of various influencing factors on energy consumption of port stations were studied and ranked by orthogonal experiment.Regression equations of total energy consumption of port stations in cold region and hot summer and warm winter region were obtained by taking the significantly correlated influencing factors as independent variables.The energy saving potential was studied from indoor design temperature in summer,heat source form in cold region and natural illumination. |
