The advent of 5G has brought about an increase in network speed,and also brought about many industrial reforms,which has further promoted the development of unmanned driving in the automotive industry.Nowadays,intelligent technologies such as voice interaction and face recognition are constantly being developed.Development and maturity have also provided technical support to the automotive industry.However,users do not have a clear understanding of the appearance,architecture,and potential functions of future cars,and even automotive designers do not have a clear direction.This requires an urgent need to understand the needs of users and propose new design points in combination with technology.Therefore,in the development of electric vehicles today,in addition to the study of cruising range,more people focus on the experience of car users.User experience,as an important force in the transformation of contemporary automobiles,is very important to study the behavior of target users of electric vehicles,so that it can understand the user’s true needs and improve user satisfaction.According to the urgent needs of user experience in the development of electric vehicles,this paper studies the behavior of electric vehicle users,obtains the functional requirements for intelligent interaction of target users of electric vehicles,and guides the design.The content of this thesis is an urgent problem that needs to be solved at the current stage of the transformation of the automotive industry.Through research on users,new design points for smart cockpits of electric vehicles are obtained.In the new era,the fundamental reason for enterprises to seek development is to grasp the consumer’s experience requirements,which is also the significance of this article.Firstly,through the study of user behavior,we understand the current situation of target users of electric vehicles,and establish user portraits;secondly,we conduct research on expert users through brainstorming methods,and draw the user’s intelligent interaction needs.A foundation;then conduct field interviews with target users through interview methods and user experience map methods to understand the user’s needs for using electric vehicles in actual scenarios,and conduct deep mining of user needs through the analysis of key scenarios.Then in this paper,the user needs are screened through the analytic hierarchy process to construct a judgment matrix for the intelligent interactive functional requirements of household electric vehicles.The eigenvectors and maximum eigenvalues of each hierarchical matrix are obtained,and consistency checks are performed to obtain the weight of the intelligent interactive demand model Sort.Finally,based on the research on user behavior,it is obtained that users’ intelligent interaction needs for electric vehicles are security reminders,vehicle self-tests,voice and video,travel planning and travel strategies,face recognition and parking space prediction functions.Apply previous theoretical research and user research for innovative design.Six functions are designed for the intelligent module in the car-machine interface,and high-fidelity prototyping is designed for its specific content,and the usability test is carried out through experiments.
