At present,the development of new technologies related to smart grid is in full swing,and the construction and development of Smart Substation is conducive to the improvement of China’s technical capacity,and it is an important direction of the development of smart grid.Combined with the actual situation in the process of project construction management,this thesis selects line access scheme and designs 220 kV Qianfo substation intelligent station in Xinxiang area.Firstly,according to the historical data information of the power grid,the grey load forecasting is applied to predict the load of Xinxiang Power Grid from 2021 to 2030,and the load density method is applied to predict the load of Economic Development Zone Power Grid from 2021 to 2030.Then,the power balance of Xinxiang Power Grid and Economic Development Zone Power Grid is obtained,and the necessity of 220 kV Qianfo substation intelligent substation project is clarified.Then,according to the theory of operational research,the analytic hierarchy process model is established,and 10 experts in relevant fields are invited to score the importance of each index,and finally a scientific evaluation scheme is formed.Three access system schemes of Qianfo substation are proposed,the power flow of Xinxiang Power Grid of each scheme is calculated respectively,and the technical index,economic index,construction index and environmental index of each scheme are evaluated and scored respectively.According to the scoring results,a scientific and effective access scheme is determined.Finally,select the planned grid in 2022 and 2025 respectively,calculate the short-circuit current of the substation bus around Qianfo substation,and check the breaking capacity of the switch.According to the power factor requirements specified in relevant guidelines,the appropriate single group capacitor capacity is selected under the minimum load mode.Under the maximum load mode,the total compensation capacity of the minimum capacitor is determined,and finally the reactive power compensation scheme of Qianfo transformer is obtained.The PSD software of China electric power academy is used to set different fault points,and the effects of different faults on the power angle of power grid units and the voltage of station bus are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the power angle and bus voltage can remain stable.
