| The fiber air distribution system provides uniform air velocity distribution and is not easy to raise bacteria,which can create a good and comfortable indoor environment.The stratum ventilation can directly supply the fresh air into the occupants’ breathing area,which can reduce energy consumption and ensure the occupants’ thermal comfort.Hence,this article intends to study the performance of stratum ventilation based on the fiber air distribution system to create a better indoor environment.This paper uses the numerical simulation technology to establish a physical mathematical model of air flow and heat transfer based on fiber air distribution system,compares and analyzes the influence of ordinary vent and fiber air distribution system on stratum ventilation,and analyzes the air velocity and temperature field,occupant’s thermal comfort,and refrigeration performance of the stratum ventilation based on fiber air distribution system.,followed by the influence of the location of the vent on the indoor thermal environment.The main research results are as follows:(1)Compared with the stratum ventilation system based on conventional rectangular vent,the fiber air distribution system can create the same indoor heat capacity with less cooling capacity to achieve a comfortable indoor thermal environment,and the indoor airflow is more uniform distributed.There is no local strong blowing occurred and the threat of heat accumulation in the work area.(2)Compared with other traditional ventilation methods,the stratum ventilation mode based on the fiber air distribution system has better thermal comfort performance.The small hole jet can be distributed to the entire indoor area at the same time.The cold air directly acts on the personnel breath area,and then gradually acts on the whole body during the descending process,which avoids the inadequacy of the traditional air supply mode of warming the head and feet.(3)When the fiber air distribution system is used as air supply terminal devise,the airflow may appear "off-angle" phenomenon,which is especially obvious near the inlet end of the fiber air distribution system;in the axial direction,with the distance from the inlet end Increasing,the "off-angle" phenomenon of airflow will be weakened.In the traditional air supply mode,this may cause temperature differences between the left and right sides of the room.(4)When the vent is arranged on the ceiling,the indoor temperature fluctuates slightly.When the vent is located in the middle of the opposite wall,there may be a risk of air short-circuit,and the indoor temperature cannot reach the expected standard,so it is recommended that the stratum ventilation system based on the fiber air distribution system uses the top vent to organize airflow.(5)The simulation results of the temperature and velocity around the human body are basically consistent with the experiment results when the vent is on the top floor for the stratum ventilation based on the fiber air distribution system. |
