Study On The Protection And Renewal Design Of Traditional Village Landscapes In Xiangxi

The traditional village is a valuable national heritage gradually formed during the long-term agricultural civilization inheritance process.It embodies the local traditional culture,architectural art and the spatial pattern of villages and towns,and has extremely high research value.Through research on it,the landscape texture of traditional settlements can be excavated from it,which can provide a basis for landscape planning and design of traditional villages.With the acceleration of urbanization and the construction of large-scale cultural tourism,the ethnic uniqueness of traditional villages has been greatly affected,and the protection and renovation of landscape spaces in traditional villages has become more urgent.Xiangxi traditional villages have a high degree of elemental integrity,national uniqueness,and high value authenticity,and have a strong development and utilization value.This article takes traditional villages in Xiangxi as the research object.On the basis of theoretical research and practical investigation,it discusses its protection and renewal design strategy in three parts,in order to explore the theory and method of sustainable,efficient and scientific use.First,it introduces the background of topic selection,research purpose,research status at home and abroad,and research methods and framework of traditional village landscape protection and updating in Xiangxi.From a theoretical perspective,the concepts of Traditional Villages,Village Landscapes,and Protection and Renewal are described,and the research objects and research scope are defined as the first batch of traditional villages in Xiangxi that are included in the first batch of traditional villages in China.Secondly,from the three aspects of natural environment,historical evolution and social factors,an overview of the traditional villages in Xiangxi is described.Based on the practical investigation of the traditional village landscape in Xiangxi,the plan form,space composition system and landscape construction characteristics of the traditional village landscape in Xiangxi are analyzed and sorted out.Investigate and analyze the current situation of landscape protection and renewal in traditional villages in Xiangxi,and propose methods for protection and renewal in view of the problems in traditional villages in Xiangxi.Then,it is proposed that the landscape protection and renewal of traditional villages in Xiangxi should be carried out on the principle of respecting the integrity of humanities and natural environment,the principle of originality of landscape space and the principle of interaction of historical elements.Ecological priority,village livability and economic sustainability are the foundations of traditional village landscape protection and renewal.From the perspective of Political,Productive,and Living landscape spaces,strategies for Protecting and Renewing Traditional Village Landscapes in Xiangxi are proposed.Finally,taking Laosicheng Village in Yongshun,Xiangxi as a practical approach,we selected Street space,Yashu space,Zushi Temple space and Residential space,and used the protection and renewal strategy of traditional Xiangxi villages proposed above to serve as the renewal division of Yongshun County.A feasible plan is proposed for the activation and reuse of landscape space in Laosicheng,Xiangxi.This thesis discusses strategies for landscape protection and renewal of traditional villages in Xiangxi for the purpose of landscape activation and reuse.It provides a new research direction for the protection and renewal of the traditional village landscape in Xiangxi,and provides inspiration and reference for the sustainable development of the traditional village landscape in Xiangxi.
