Grouting-efficiency is directly related to the safety and stability of dam foundation,and the evaluation of grouting-efficiency is an important means of on-site management.However,the existing grouting efficiency evaluation models mostly not only rely on the in-situ test of the inspection hole and are difficult to dynamically reflect the efficiency of the grouting construction,but also do not consider the hesitation and bounded rationality of experts and have difficulty in handling the problem of incomplete decision-making information generated by experts.This study conducts a dynamic evaluation model of curtain grouting-efficiency based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets to address these problems.The main research results are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to dynamically obtain the evaluation index in the grouting construction process in the existing research,a dynamic solution method of the grouting construction quality evaluation index based on the improved mixed kernel support vector machine is proposed.Based on the fractal theory and the improved inverse distance weighted average method,the equivalent construction parameters of the grouting at the inspection hole are solved,and the matching between the construction parameters and the evaluation index data is realized,and the data set for the training model is established.Combining the characteristics of whale optimization algorithm improved by Lévy flight with fewer parameters and faster convergence speed,and the advantages of mixed kernel that can take into account both local learning and global generalization,based on whale optimization algorithm improved by Lévy flight and mixed kernel support vector machine algorithm,high-precision dynamic solution of permeability,secondary permeability index,fracture filled rate,rock quality designation,and acoustic wave velocity is realized.(2)In view of the fact that most existing grouting-efficiency evaluation models do not consider the hesitation and bounded rationality of experts and have difficulty in handling the problem of incomplete decision-making information generated by experts,a comprehensive evaluation model for curtain grouting efficiency assessment based on prospect theory and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets extended by improved D numbers is proposed.Based on the evaluation index results of dynamic solution,the comprehensive evaluation index system and classification standard of grouting construction quality are established;Combining the strength of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets defining hesitancy;the superiority of D numbers in dealing with the incomplete information generated by experts during decision-making,and the advantage of prospect theory in considering the bounded rationality of experts,we develop a comprehensive evaluation method using prospect theory,interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and improved D numbers for curtain-grouting efficiency assessment.(3)Taking the curtain grouting of a hydropower station as an example,the dynamic evaluation of grouting-efficiency is carried out.Taking the curtain grouting project of a hydropower station in southwest China as an example,the engineering application of the above methods is carried out.Compared with multiple linear regression model,artificial neural network and single kernel support vector machine algorithm,the proposed evaluation index dynamic solution method has the highest correlation coefficient,lowest root mean square error,smallest mean absolute percentage error and maximum absolute error,which has the advantage of high precision.Compared with the traditional single factor evaluation method and the D-AHP evaluation method,the proposed method has the advantages of consistency,representativeness,superiority,high precision and dynamic.
