High temperature and high humidity environments are widespread in modern life, while high temperature and high humidity environments even extreme high temperature and humidity environments can seriously affect the health and safety of workers. Therefore,it is necessary to learn the influence of environmental parameters of high temperature and high humidity environments on physiological and subjective parameters of workers in these environments, which is of great significance to the safety of workers. The purpose of this paper is to establish an environmental grading prediction model based on human body heat stress experiment,so as to provide classification safety protection for workers working under different environmental conditions and avoid the occurrence of safety accidents. The paper is written based on the human body heat stress experiment in high temperature and high humidity environment. The high temperature and high humidity environment was simulated in the environment chamber in Tianjin University. The temperature for the experiment was 34℃,36℃,38℃ and40℃,and the relative humidity(RH)for the experiment was 60%,70%,80% and 90%,which make up 16 typical environmental conditions. All the subjects were exercised at 6km/h under different environmental conditions to simulate severe labor intensity.During the experiment, the worker will acquire the data of the physiological parameters of each subject. Also, the subjects were asked to fill out the questionnaires. In order to obtain the effects of different high temperature and high humidity environments on the human body, the classification for high temperature and high humidity was carried out.The comprehensive physiological index was proposed.The16 working conditions were classified and verified according to score of F for each subject. The 16 high temperature and high humidity environments were divided into three categories, then the environmental parameters combined with physiological parameters for subjects were further analyzed. The results show that these three types of environments were classified into three classificationsThe safety labor time of each subject was calculated based on the upper limit of physiological safety.A new formula concerned with environmental parameters and F was established.Combined with the results of classification for 16 different environmental conditions in human body heat stress experiment, the other environmental conditions with ambient temperature from 34℃ to 40℃ and relative humidity that is from 60% to 90% are predicted and verified. At last,a grading model of environmental conditions under this ambient temperature range, relative humidity range and severe labor intensity was established.
