The high temperature and high pressure pipeline in the nuclear power system where the temperature and pressure in its high, and it will through the turbine bypass system, nuclear power main feed system, and other areas, its damage or leakage will influence other systems thereby causing serious consequences. Thus it is necessary to analyse and govern the high temperature and high pressure pipeline to improve the reliability of its operation. In this paper, a plant high temperature and high pressure pipe produce interference phenomenon as the research background, the research work is done by combine with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental research. The main research content of the paper is as follows:(1) We confirm the load source and stress of the high temperature and high pressure pipe in this article and stress analysis, give the stress check calculation formula, and the basic theory of the modeling, simplify the pipeline calculate model by some assumptions. The research contents are put forward according to the theory and the specific pipeline distribute situation.(2) The experiment scheme is designed by considering the test conditions, and the complete measuring and checking work is done.(3) The analysis and calculation of the pipe is done by the beam element model, the results of the stress and displacement change can be get. The reliability of calculation method is verified by contrast the experimental results.(4) The reinforcement is done for the pipline which produce large displacement. The numerical analysis is done based on beam element method, and the stress and displacement distribution result of the pipline after limited could get, which ensures the pipline after constraints meet the requirements.At the same time, the stress check for the spring components is done.(5) The stress and displacement deformation of pipeline is done by ANSYS. The reliability of beam element calculation method further verified. Based on this method, the stress check for various working condition is done.The influence of temperature, pressure, bending tube structure, thermal insulation on stress is done, which can provide the basis for pipeline design and protection.
