State Grid Corporation of China has been in a monopoly position for a long time in the development of the power industry.However,as the market environment is constantly changing,power enterprises are also facing more challenges,and the traditional development model presents many limitations,which cannot effectively support its long-term development strategy.At the present stage,electric power enterprises have begun to implement the policy of self-financing their profits and losses.However,due to some management problems accumulated for historical reasons,the operating efficiency of the company is not high,which has become an important problem to be solved urgently.With the goal of intensive management,State Grid Corporation has actively promoted the deepening reform of its management mode,and achieved considerable development during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Intensive management is an important means of optimization of enterprise resource allocation,and as an indispensable part of the intensive management,financial intensive management in improving the efficiency of financial management plays an important role,for electric power enterprises is of great significance to build integrated financial management system,is the important measure of enterprise core competitiveness,Especially in the context of the increasingly complex market environment,the importance of financial intensive management for the sustainable development of enterprises is self-evident.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid Corporation,S Electric Power Company has actively responded to and implemented the deepening reform measures of the Group’s financial intensive management,achieved an important breakthrough in financial management,and greatly improved its financial management ability.However,due to the influence of many factors,the company also has many problems in the intensive management process.In this thesis,S Electric Power Company is selected as the case study object,through a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of its intensive management performance,analysis of the problems existing in the financial intensive management,so as to put forward the strategy to improve its performance.Firstly,it makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the research status of financial intensive management and performance evaluation at home and abroad,and then systematically expounds the relevant theoretical basis of financial control,financial intensive management and performance evaluation.Based on this,this thesis comprehensively sorts out the current situation of the financial intensive management reform of S Electric Power Company,especially focuses on the introduction of its intensive management objectives,ideas,research framework,implementation content,etc.Comprehensive and systematic analysis of S electric power company financial intensive management status quo;On this basis,by collecting relevant financial management data of S Power Company from 2015 to 2019,this thesis introduces efficiency coefficient method and financial ratio method in the aspect of financial analysis,scientifically and systematically evaluates the performance of financial intensification reform of the case company,and analyzes the status quo of its financial intensification reform.Based on the systematic analysis of the evaluation results,this thesis sorts out the main problems affecting the performance of intensive management.Finally,put forward the feasible solution.
