Research On Financial Performance Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Of Feilong Company

Nowadays,automobile manufacturing industry is the pillar industry in China’s national economic system.However,in recent years,as the market for automotive products tends to be saturated,the national economic growth rate is slowing down and other factors,the efficiency of the automotive manufacturing industry has significantly declined,and the production and sales of automobiles continue to decline.In addition,due to the high correlation within the auto industry,the downstream auto production and sales situation has a huge impact on the upstream auto parts production enterprises.At the same time,as new energy technology becomes more mature,the pace of transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry is accelerating.For enterprises,the initiative can be grasped in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry if they are the first to complete the transformation and upgrading.Therefore,an objective and comprehensive financial performance evaluation of the automotive manufacturing enterprises can not only effectively improve the level of their financial performance,avoid business risks and enhance their financial competitiveness,but also enhance the overall efficiency of the automotive manufacturing industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of the automotive manufacturing industry.Based on the above,the thesis takes Feilong company as the research object.Through the collation of the literature related to financial performance evaluation,the paper has developed a clearer research idea.Firstly,based on Feilong’s financial statements from2016-2020,the financial status of Feilong is analyzed so as to comprehensively understand the financial situation of the enterprise.Secondly,based on the research results of related scholars,18 financial indicators are selected to construct the financial performance evaluation index system of the thesis by fully combining the characteristics of the automobile manufacturing industry.Thirdly,according to the trend of the change of each index of Feilong company from 2016 to 2020,the financial performance of Feilong is evaluated longitudinally by combining the industry average value of each index.This includes selecting 157 auto parts manufacturing enterprises as the research sample,and applying factor analysis to calculate the scores of each public factor and comprehensive scores of the sample enterprises to conduct horizontal evaluation of the financial performance level of Feilong company.Then,the summary of the financial performance evaluation results of Feilong company found that Feilong company have low level of profitability,inefficient asset turnover,serious short-term debt service risk,and lack of motivation for operating income growth.Fininly,according to the causes of the above-mentioned problems,the thesis combined with the actual business situation of enterprises,and put forward relevant countermeasures from the aspects of improving enterprise profitability,improving enterprise operating capacity,reducing enterprise short-term debt service risk,and improving enterprise operating income growth endogenous power.,in order to improve the level of corporate financial performance.
