| With the development of the reform of the power market,more electricity sellers emerge in the market,which will enable users to have more choices in the choice of electricity consumption,thus further promoting the market-oriented competition of electricity,improving the service quality of electricity sales and the level of users’ electricity will be the main direction of grid side competition.According to the correct evaluation of power quality and the regional clustering of user load,it plays an important role in the revision of electricity price,power quality control and quality evaluation of power grid equipment.At present,the research only stays in the evaluation stage of power quality,lacking comprehensive evaluation system and reasonable utility of power quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a comprehensive regional clustering method of power load.Firstly,according to the proposed power quality characteristic index,this paper uses k-medoids clustering algorithm based on Mahalanobis distance to cluster the nodes with similar power quality attributes,and distinguish the power quality differences of various cluster areas;Then,based on the subjective and objective composite evaluation method considering sensitivity coefficient,the determination method of power quality index weight is given.Combined with the evaluation limits of power quality parameters formulated by national standards,each power quality index is graded,and the node-level power quality evaluation method in cluster area is studied.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation method of power quality in user cluster area considering regional characteristics is given.Taking 110 k V system as an example,an example is analyzed.Comprehensive evaluation of regional power quality lays a foundation for differentiated pricing of power quality.Finally,based on the analysis of the economic cost of power quality and the load characteristics of typical users,a differential pricing model of power quality based on load characteristics is established,considering the users’ willingness to pay.Through the calculation and analysis of specific load side data,it is verified that the differentiated pricing model based on load characteristics has certain applicability and rationality. |
