At present,renewable energy is being vigorously developed to replace traditional fossil fuels.At present,China’s energy structure is still in an unbalanced situation,the demand for energy is increasing and the energy supply is worrying.At the same time,environmental pollution and other problems are becoming increasingly serious.How to accelerate the modernization of comprehensive utilization of renewable energy has become the best solution to the energy crisis in China.Solar and other new energy power is gradually permeating into the whole power system of our country,but it is difficult for them to be the main power generation force because of their strong uncertainty.China is rich in hydroelectric resources,and hydroelectric has a good peak regulation effect.In order to improve China’s energy supply structure and ensure energy and economic security,it is very necessary to develop wind,light,water and fire energy complementary power generation.Therefore,this paper carries out the following work:Firstly,this paper discusses the principle of wind-photovoltaic-hydro power generation and the characteristics of multi-energy complementarity,which lays a foundation for the establishment of multi-energy complementary optimization model.Secondly,considering the conditions of multiple power supply constraints,a combined optimization model of wind-photovoltaic-hydro-thermal dispatching was established to minimize the power generation cost and wind and photovoltaic abandonment.In this paper,a new natural heuristic algorithm--Ant-lion optimization algorithm is used to solve the dispatching problem of hydropower power generation with new energy access.Using a random walk mechanism to build traps and a roulette wheel operation,the algorithm provides high detection capability.The narrowing of trap boundaries and elite action improves the efficiency of development,giving it powerful search capabilities in complex areas.In the end,the paper takes the multi-source integrated complementary optimization project of water and fire in a province as an example.Respectively using ant lion algorithm,particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm and improved particle swarm algorithm to solve this problem.By comparing the fitness value of the results and the convergence iteration curve,the superiority of Ant-lion algorithm over PSO is demonstrated.It is verified that Ant-lion algorithm can achieve the maximum economic and environmental benefits when solving the short-term optimization dispatching problem of power grid.
