| This paper first introduces the development history and the loading features ofcorrugated steel web PC box girder bridge, focuses on the composition and computingmethods of external prestressing system. On this basis, it calculate and analyze theproposed construction of corrugated steel webs PC group girder bridge on China’sexpressway as a supporting project.In this paper, the main work include the following several aspects:①Summarizethe development and characteristics of the corrugated steel webs PC box girder bridge;②Introduce the composition and method of calculation of the external prestressingsystem;③Calculate the section stress and shearing strength of corrugated steel websin the critical stage during construction, shearing strength of corrugated steel webs isnot the key point in construction;④The external prestressing in steering blocks theslip effect on structure, consider steering between block and external beam can be freeto slip, the calculating result is safe⑤Calculate and analyze the external prestressingin different construction sequence, results show that to tension sidespan externalprestressing is good for strengthening the loading-carrying capability of the wholebridge after the closure of two section of the bridge;⑥When total prestressing aboutmidspan section is stable, calculate the internal and external prestressing withdifferent proportion, work out the deflection and stress changing pattern underdifferent construction situation;⑦Change the size of included angle θ between theaxis of externally prestressed tendon and the horizontal axis of anchoring, obtaindeflection and stress changing pattern caused by the angular variation under differentconstruction situation;⑧change the diaphragm’s separation distance, work outdeflection distortion and stress changing pattern in different span ratio under differentconstruction situation.⑨The general regularity of external prestressing is arrangedin the corrugated steel webs of continuous rigid frame bridge. |
