| With the development of China’s social economy and the progress of science and technology,the demand for electricity is increasing while the living standard of residents is improving,which makes it difficult for the management level and management of power supply companies to meet the growing demand for electricity inspection.In this paper,we take the electricity consumption inspection management of Leshan Power Supply Company in Sichuan Province as an example.The increase of electricity consumption inspection workload brings challenges to the power supply company in terms of efficiency,safety and coordination.In view of the current situation that the electricity consumption load of Leshan Power Supply Company is at an all-time high year by year,and taking into account the existing hardware and software resources of the company and its development power,this paper adopts a fusion of mobile and computer clients to develop an electricity consumption inspection management system for Leshan Power Supply Company,which can be used by inspectors for on-site service,data analysis and processing.The specific research contents are as follows.Firstly,it introduces the current development status and trend of electricity consumption audit system at home and abroad,and analyzes the necessity of implementing information-based management in electricity consumption audit management;the core content of the topic is proposed and determined in view of the current situation of electricity consumption audit management in the author’s power supply company.Secondly,we analyzed the interaction mode between the marketing department of Leshan Power Supply Company and the electricity consumption audit management department regarding electricity consumption management and data information,analyzed the requirements of the electricity consumption audit mobile operation system for electricity customers,obtained the functions and performance requirements of the system,and carried out detailed design of the overall software architecture,overall functions,network topology and database of the electricity consumption audit mobile operation system for electricity customers.Among them,the overall functions of the software include basic user information management,power consumption inspection plan management,power customer theft management,power customer default management and auxiliary office management.Then,the most popular B/S software architecture was used to develop the computer client,and the widely used Android platform architecture was used to develop the mobile client,both using Java programming language to realize the core functions,software interface and system database of the electric power customer’s electricity audit mobile operation system.Finally,in order to verify the correctness of the mobile operation system for electric power customers’ electricity audit,a set of simulation test platform was built to test the functions and performance of the system.The test results show that the system basically meets the actual needs of Leshan Power Supply Company in terms of functions and performance,and the loopholes affecting the use of system functions were repaired in depth. |
