| Lightning location and monitoring is very important in the operation and maintenance management of power grid,which could locate the lightning point and provide decision-making reference for lightning disaster reduction of power grid.In recent years,domestic power supply enterprises have built a large number of lightning detection stations and developed a series of information management tools,which basically realized the informatization of lightning location and monitoring.In order to form a unified lightning location and monitoring platform for power system in Panzhihua power supply company,build a lightning location and monitoring data center,and provide convenient data viewing and management services for grid operation and maintenance management personnel of Panzhihua power supply company,the company has put forward the project of power grid lightning location and monitoring system.Based on the participation experience of the system,the design and implementation of the system are analyzed and studied in detail.The main research work includes the following:1.Based on the current deployment of lightning detection station and the data access system of power communication network,a set of lightning location algorithm based on TOA,AOA and ellipsoid is designed and developed,which can locate the lightning point accurately and quickly by using VLF and LF electromagnetic signals generated by lightning stroke.2.Based on GIS geospatial service technology,an online operation service of lightning location information and power grid topology information based on electronic map is designed and developed.On this basis,graphical interactive function is provided for all power supply enterprises.3.According to the requirements of lightning location and monitoring management of power supply enterprises,a set of human-computer interaction service is designed and developed based on Java Web technology,including map management,layer management,lightning query,lightning statistics and target editing and other common functions.The lightning location algorithm in this system has higher positioning accuracy than the current positioning technology used by Panzhihua power supply company.And the GIS service interaction interface in the system is more intuitive,which realizes the common functions of power grid lightning location and monitoring management,and can provide unified and convenient operation interface for company.So the system could improve the efficiency of power grid operation and maintenance management. |
