In the past three decades,the rapid development of information technology and the great changes in the market environment have brought certain impacts to manufacturing enterprises,while also promoting the informationization and intelligent construction of enterprises.Wire and cable industry is one of the largest supporting industries,although China’s wire and cable production workshop in the digital and information technology has made some progress,but the digital and intelligent level of production management still needs to be improved.In the face of wire and cable product types,different processes,long production cycles and other characteristics,there are higher requirements for production scheduling.In addition,the workshop production environment is dynamic,and there are uncertain disturbing factors such as random workpiece arrival,delivery date change and machine failure in the production process,which makes the production scheduling more complicated.Therefore,this paper takes the production workshop of cable and wire enterprises as the research object,and starts the technical research on flexible workshop scheduling of cables,and the main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Based on the research and analysis of the process flow of the cable production plant and its production characteristics,the constraints and optimization objectives of the production process are determined,and a static scheduling model of the cable production plant is established.(2)An improved algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed for the scheduling problem of cable production plant.The algorithm adopts matrix coding method,designs mixed PBX and LOX crossover operator based on matrix rows/columns and random position variation operator based on matrix elements according to the structure form of matrix,and also designs a population evolution strategy to effectively improve the quality of population individuals.For the multi-objective optimal scheduling problem,on the basis framework of the improved genetic algorithm in this paper,the Pareto nondominated ranking and the reference point-based selection strategy etc.in the NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm are introduced to design the multi-objective scheduling optimization algorithm in this paper,and an external database for storing the Pareto optimal solution set is added.(3)The dynamic scheduling problem of cable production plant caused by disturbance events is analyzed,and the dynamic scheduling model is extended and established on the basis of the static model;the offset coefficient for quantitatively evaluating the impact of disturbance events on the production system is introduced,a way for characterizing implicit disturbances is proposed,and an event-driven real-time dynamic scheduling method is designed to realize online identification of random disturbances;at the same time,the deviation degree function affected by rescheduling is introduced The deviation function of processing equipment affected by rescheduling is introduced to ensure the stability of rescheduling.(4)Design and implementation of the production scheduling system in the wire and cable workshop.The overall design of the system is completed and the corresponding functions are realized by analyzing the information requirements of the wire and cable enterprise workshop in the contemporary context.
