| Rural B & B is a new form of rural tourism industry based on rural culture.It is an effective way to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and an important driver to promote the construction of beautiful countryside.With the upgrading of Chinese tourists’ consumption and the transformation of their consumption concept,rural B & B is becoming more and more popular,which makes the transformation of rural residents’ accommodation become a trend.However,China’s rural B & B is still in the stage of development,and its transformation is in a chaotic state.Mechanical imitation leads to the lack of regional characteristics,and the unreasonable reconstruction has caused immeasurable and irreversible damage to the overall rural landscape,making the transformation lack of deep integration with the original rural system,resulting in the gradual loss of the local and rural characteristics of rural B &B tourism,Deviate from the concept of beautiful rural construction.Based on the theory of life cycle assessment,this paper explores the specific content of the transformation of B & B in different stages and its influence mechanism on the rural system,and comprehensively identifies the influencing factors of the adaptability of rural B & B transformation.On this basis,based on the practice direction of beautiful rural construction,the selection of evaluation indicators and the determination of evaluation standards are carried out.Finally,combined with the combination weighting method and cloud model theory,the adaptability evaluation model of rural B & B transformation from the perspective of life cycle is constructed.This model can not only determine the comprehensive adaptability evaluation level of rural B & B renovation project,but also compare the adaptability value of single adaptability evaluation index,so as to accurately locate the adaptability level of rural B & B transformation project in all stages of its life cycle.Taking the residential renovation project of luziyu village as an example,the results show that the adaptability level of each stage of the whole life cycle of the project is between the level of "general adaptation" and "comparative adaptation",but the planning stage,design stage and construction stage are closer to the general adaptation level,and the project operation stage is closer to the "comparative adaptation" level.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to verify,the conclusion is highly consistent,but the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation calculation is cumbersome,easy to lead to super fuzzy phenomenon,and the dispersion degree of cloud drops in the cloud image represents the concentration degree of scoring value,and the adaptability evaluation level is represented by the position of evaluation cloud image scattered in the standard cloud image.Therefore,compared with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the small difference between cloud model matrices will not have obvious influence on the location of cloud map,which proves the scientific nature of cloud model. |
