Upgrading And Reconstruction Of Rural Landscape Based On The Construction Of Beautiful House Field

Implementing the rural living environment improvement project and building a"beautiful house"is an important task to solidly promote rural revitalization.In 2013,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)officially proposed the construction of beautiful villages for the first time.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and then the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed the implementation of rural construction action,highlighting the importance and urgency of rural construction.To this end,various parts of the country have actively taken measures,combined with local conditions,and implemented various policies to build beautiful villages according to local conditions.In 2020,Changsha County proposed to promote the "Thousand Villages Beautiful and Ten Thousand Villages Renovation" project and carry out a beautiful house building activity with the theme of "Ecological Excellence and Village Beauty".This article takes Shigongwan Village,Huangxing Town,Changsha County as the research object and conducts a study on the improvement and renovation of rural landscape based on the creation of "Beautiful House".The main results are as follows:(1)Taking Hezhang Village in Japan,Giethoorn in the Netherlands,Zhongguancun in Guizhou and Shibadong Village in Xiangxi as typical cases,this paper analyzes the project overview,design characteristics and other aspects,and draws on the experience of natural resources protection and utilization,cultural resources excavation and implantation,and settlement environment renovation and transformation in the construction of beautiful villages and beautiful houses to provide reference and enlightenment for the creation of"beautiful houses"in Shigongwan Village.(2)Deeply interpret the requirements for creating a "beautiful house" and extract the main content of landscape construction in the creation of a "beautiful house";Construct a rural landscape classification system,summarize the content and methods of rural landscape protection,and propose ways to explore rural ecological,living,and production landscape elements;From the perspective of "beautiful house" construction,this paper puts forward strategies for improving and transforming rural landscape from the aspects of plant landscape,ecological landscape,culture and art.(3)Taking the creation of the "Beautiful House" by the Pioneer Group in Shigongwan Village,Huangxing Town,Changsha County as a practical case,the overall design of the Pioneer Group in Shigongwan Village was carried out through current situation research,sorting out landscape elements,and excavating cultural resources.The landscape improvement and renovation design was carried out on the exterior of the building,the courtyard,the village activity center,He Dequan’s former residence,the farmhouse vegetable garden,the pond,and the entrance signs,Provide an implementation plan for the creation of the"Beautiful House"in the Pioneer Group of Shigongwan Village.
