Li house building is a typical modern historical building in Qingdao. The uniqueness and regional characteristics of the Li house buildings occupy an important position in modern historical buildings in Qingdao. As an architectural form produced during a special historical period, the Li house buildings combine two architectural forms of European townhouses and traditional Chinese courtyard houses to form a building style with extremely regional characteristics.Due to the lack of understanding of the value of the inner courtyard in the early society, the lack of scientific guidance for the protection of Li house buildings, the lack of historical data and literature, low efficiency of data management, the digital mapping work of the inner courtyard has not been carried out,and the digital protection work of Li house buildings has been stalled.Aiming at the situation that the buildings scale of Li house building blocks are gradually shrinking,Qingdao has actively taken many measures to protect the Li house buildings. In the process of protecting Li house buildings, the lack of date has become a major challenge.Due to the limitations of the early survey technology, low digitalization of the building information, lack of regular maintenance of the buildings and the tracking of information records already become the big cumber.Three-dimensional laser scanning approach has the advantages of high precision, fast speed,non-contact,etc.The point cloud data obtained by scanning the Li house buildings with a three-dimensional laser scanner can be used as high-precision,three-dimensional archive data, and can detect buildings settlement deformation,to find the digital protection of Li house buildings. The innovation of this paper is to provide a new digital technology method for the protection of Li house buildings, using three-dimensional laser scanning technology to obtain the point cloud data of the buildings, and analyzing the data of Li house buildings. To explore the rules of the building structure and form of Li house buildings, establish the basic information database, found the digital protection problems of Li house buildings, proposed the digital protection and restoration plans to protect Li house buildings. The main work of the article can be summarized as follows:1.Due to the problem of the lack of digital data of Li house buildings, this article establishes a method of using 3D laser scanners,RTK and other instruments to collect point cloud data of Li house buildings based on the characteristics of Qingdao Li house buildings. And the technical route, and measured the typical Si-fang Road Li house buildings-Guangxingli,Hongjili,Meng Hongsheng and other Li house buildings construction data;2.Based on the acquired point cloud data of the Si-fang Road Li house block buildings, the 2D and 3D basic data of the Li house buildings were extracted through the point cloud data processing software Scan master and the 3D modeling software Revit. The scale and structural form of the Li house block and the general Li house buildings provided data and theoretical basis for the digital restoration of the Li house buildings in the later period;3.Combine with ArcGIS and BIM technology to establish the basic information database of the Li house buildings, achieved the digital management of all kinds of information, and provided a digital management platform for the protection of the Li house buildings;4.Through the construction of the Li house buildings protection evaluation system,to evaluate the grade of the Si-fang Road Li house buildings.Combined with the specific construction conditions of Guangxingli and Meng Hongsheng Li house, propose the digital restoration plan, which shows that 3D laser scanning technology has obvious advantages and feasibility in the digital protection of Li house buildings.
