This paper takes UAV inspection image analysis requirements as the goal,and reduces the inspection cost of power equipment as the goal of the system design.After collecting and analyzing the image information of power equipment,the equipment fault diagnosis and prediction are carried out to realize the efficiency of equipment diagnosis and improve the accuracy of equipment diagnosis.Based on the requirements of UAV inspection image analysis,this paper starts from the equipment picture collection and processing business,completes the management of equipment fault information by automatic processing of equipment fault diagnosis,and constructs a comprehensive application platform integrating information collection,fault management and fault diagnosis.Firstly,the related processes of equipment fault analysis and detection are analyzed.Then,the functions of inspection image collection and management,equipment image fault identification,equipment fault management and manual defect annotation are analyzed by using Unified Modeling Language(UML).Some typical non-functional requirements are then completed.The system adopts a multi-layer framework to design the system architecture,and focuses on the detailed design of the functional modules through class diagram and time sequence diagram.Completed the design of the database.The YOLO model is used to complete the fault diagnosis of power equipment.It analyzes the images of each device,establishes the characteristic model of each device,classifies all kinds of faults by using the monitored images of the device,and queries the fault diagnosis information of such situation from the historical diagnosis data,thus realizing the intelligent diagnosis of equipment faults.The system uses Java EE programming to realize the functional modules.Function and performance tests have been completed.Through the tests,it can be seen that the system runs stably,and the design meets the objectives of UAV inspection image analysis and detection.By collecting and processing power equipment images and other data,the system can dynamically diagnose the fault points of power equipment according to the historical fault data,improve the accuracy of equipment fault diagnosis,improve the service cycle of equipment,and provide a supporting platform for the safe and stable operation of equipment.
