At present,State Grid Corporation of China can ensure the safety and reliability of transmission infrastructure spanning thousands of kilometers through a variety of transmission line inspection methods,such as manual inspection,flying tool inspection and UAV inspection.However,due to China’s vast territory and the diverse and complex environment of transmission lines,maintaining such a geographically vast power system is a challenging and noteworthy problem.State Grid and other companies have invested a lot of money in detecting the state of power infrastructure,but they still mainly rely on visual inspection.In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy,Chinese companies has made rapid progress in the field of UAV patrol technology and smart grid infrastructure construction in recent years.Based on the transmission line inspection,there are the following problems:on the one hand,the transmission line is distributed in a variety of complex terrain environment,only relying on manual inspection is inefficient and the effect is poor,On the other hand,the conventional inspection technology based on ordinary image still has some limitations.It is difficult to find faults such as short circuit and heating on transmission line related equipment at night or in rainy weather.This paper focuses on the infrared image of transmission line inspection,and uses image processing technology to detect and identify the faults of transmission line and its related equipment,so as to solve the limitations of conventional image processing technology in transmission line inspection.Firstly,in order to obtain a clearer image of the key parts of the transmission line,it is necessary to study the application of technologies such as preprocessing,enhancement and image segmentation.Then the Yolo algorithm is used to detect the heating fault of transmission line and its related equipment images.Finally,according to the research content of this paper,the transmission line inspection system is designed,the hardware and circuit of transmission line inspection are designed,and the main program flow chart is given.The hardware circuit of transmission line inspection system mainly includes image processing module,control module and positioning module.This paper combines the pictures taken by the inspection system with the image processing technology,which can detect the hidden dangers and faults in the transmission line equipment,and then by improving the inspection cycle density,it can also prevent accidents in the peak period of power supply,ensure the stability and safety of power consumption in all places,and reduce the economic losses of production units and the inconvenience of residents,It meets the development requirements of smart grid proposed by our country. |
