| Axial flow fan has a wide range of flow,simple structure,low power consumption and many other advantages,so Axial flow fan has been used in many fields widely.But how to evaluate and analyze its performance and the noise caused by the fan has always been a difficult problem.In this paper,a high-speed axial-flow fan is simulated by using computational fluid dynamics and Computational Acoustics.The numerical simulation method of flow field and sound field is studied.The work is as follows.Using the Spaceclaim module of workbench software,the geometric model of the fan is processed and optimized,and the calculation domain of the fan flow field is established;Fluent Meshing software is used to mesh the whole computing domain and verify the grid independence;All kinds of solving parameters in fluent,including solver,boundary conditions and near wall function,are set to analyze the simulation results,and the accuracy of simulation is verified by experimentsThe flow field of axial fan is simulated and analyzed.Three different turbulence models are selected,and the control variable method is adopted to keep the other parameters consistent.By comparing the calculation characteristics of the three different turbulence models,the pressure distribution on the suction surface and pressure surface of the moving blade,the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy on the moving blade and the P-Q curve of the fan are calculated,and compared with the P-Q curve obtained from the wind tunnel experiment,The numerical simulation method suitable for the calculation of flow field characteristics of axial flow fan is obtained.The sound field characteristics of axial flow fan are simulated and analyzed.Large eddy simulation(LES)method was used to select the sub grid scale model,and the simulation results were compared between the axial,radial and inlet 45 ° Seven noise monitoring points are set in the direction of the wind tunnel.The sound pressure values of each noise monitoring point are obtained by simulation calculation,and compared with the noise values measured by experiment.The results show that the two are in good agreement,and a numerical simulation method suitable for the calculation of the sound field characteristics of axial flow fan is obtained. |
