In recent years,with the rapid development of international civil aviation transportation,the number of aircraft in the airport is increasing,which leads to the increased risk of airport collision.The traditional airport surface traffic management is mainly completed by the controller giving instructions to the traffic,while the pilot can only obtain the situation of the airport by visual observation.When the controller’s instructions are wrong or the visibility of the airport is low,it will undoubtedly increase the probability of collision and other risks.For this reason,SURF airport scene awareness program was proposed by Aeronautical Radio Technical Committee in 2010.SURF is mainly suitable for aircraft equipped with appropriate ADS-B in equipment.When the aircraft is operating near the airport,SURF obtains its traffic status by receiving ADS-B messages from other traffic,and then combines the airport map and local status to provide the pilot with the airport traffic scenario centered on the local aircraft.This thesis focuses on the SURF operation under the condition of ads-bin monitoring1.This thesis studies the basic working principle of ADS-B,including the signal form of ADS-B,various ADS-B message contents and typical applications based on ADS-B in.This thesis studies the flow of surf program when participating in airport surface activities and the instruction and warning algorithm designed by Aeronautical Radio Committee for runway conflict.2.The SURF program based on ads-bin is studied.Including surf program function process,data processing process and the error analysis of SURF.The implementation procedures of SURF in regulated and unregulated airports are discussed in detail.Aiming at the data processing process from ADS-B data to display,this thesis studies the encoding and decoding algorithm,coordinate system conversion algorithm and filtering algorithm combined with airport road information of location data in ADS-B message,and simulates the filtering algorithm with MATLAB to verify its effectiveness.By studying SURF,pilots will not misunderstand the error range of the airport scenario,establish a specific airport scenario and error analysis model,and use matlab to calculate the probability of error out of range in the scenario.3.The algorithm is improved under the framework of runway conflict detection algorithm based on airport scene awareness with indication and warning proposed by Aeronautical Radio Committee.Runway conflict detection algorithm uses the way of output indication and warning to remind pilots to pay attention to the traffic that may cause conflict and the runway that has conflict.This thesis studies the scene division of local aircraft and traffic,the algorithm of judging aircraft scene and the algorithm of indication and warning.4.Using QT software platform,the scene simulator and SURF program are designed.The scene simulator is used to design the motion state of the local machine and traffic in the scene,and send it to the SURF program in the form of ADS-B message.The functions of SURF program include ADS-B message receiving,decoding,coordinate system conversion,track filtering,track display and runway conflict detection.The normal use of SURF program and the correctness of runway conflict detection algorithm are verified by scene.
