| With the development of highway transportation in China,the highway mileage and the number of open traffic have ranked the top in the world.While constantly improving the construction of road network,it is necessary to carry out road maintenance and damage repair to the existing roads.Most roads in agricultural and pastoral areas are cement concrete pavement with low grade and poor road condition.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to collect and identify the pavement disease images quickly and accurately,collect the pavement disease information and visually present it to the road maintenance personnel.The traditional detection equipment and detection means have been unable to meet the increasing maintenance mileage year by year.This thesis developed a cement concrete pavement disease identification and positioning system by studying the identification and positioning methods of road surface diseases in agricultural and pastoral areas.Firstly,the cement concrete pavement is classified into three categories,including plate failure,joint failure and repair.Aiming at the three basic diseases of crack,pothole and exposed bone,the reasonable evaluation index,pavement maintenance standard and pavement maintenance measures of cement concrete pavement are put forward in combination with the norms.Then the pavement disease image is preprocessed.By grayscale and histogram enhancement of the image,the information of the non-disease area of the disease image is suppressed and the disease content is highlighted.Binary image processing,so that the whole image shows black and white effect,greatly reduce the irrelevant data of the image,speed up the image processing speed;By comparing the image denoising methods,the mean filtering denoising method is determined to reduce the interference factors affecting the image analysis in the road surface disease analysis.Then through image sharpening and analyzing the calculation results of four common operators in edge detection,two kinds of image segmentation forms,boundary based and threshold based,are discussed emphatically.The feature extraction is carried out on the image disease area,the characteristic value of the image disease is analyzed,the pavement disease is classified according to the different characteristic value,and the damage degree of the pavement disease is determined.Finally,the pavement disease information is summarized according to the obtained pavement disease information.To export the motion of the GPS device for roads and pavement diseases of GIS data,through coordinate transformation is applied to coordinate information of electronic map,implemented by means of the JQuery Ajax JSON pavement diseases import and present information in the electronic map,based on baidu map API production with cement concrete pavement disease information and curing Suggestions of electronic map,using CAD software of road engineering pile number figure drawing,control electronic maps and engineering pile,confirm the pavement diseases of space information.Finally,based on the Matlab platform to cement concrete pavement disease identification and disease positioning presentation to make the programming code,set up the image processing analysis and electronic map and other functions,the generation of cement concrete pavement disease identification and map presentation system,better serve the maintenance of agricultural and pastoral areas of roads. |
