Study On Pavement Monitor Evaluation And Disease Management Methods Of Shang San Expressway

In recent years, the development and total mileage of highway in our country continue to increase. However, with growth time, a large number of early built highway has entered into overhaul and repair time. Under the comprehensive action of natural factors and vehicle load, the problems which exist in the highway asphalt pavement and bridge structure constantly appear and rapidly develop, then making the performance of asphalt pavement and bridge decline, seriously impact on the highway train operation safety. According to the actual project, using the advanced scientific technology to make the scientific testing evaluation, taking necessary measures to improve and repair roads, and providing an acceptable performance level of the asphalt pavement and bridge.This paper based on the test engineering of XinTian section Zhejiang province ShangYu to SanMen highway, using some technology to evaluate the performance, then researching and putting forward to some measures to improve and repair road performance. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, summarize the investigation contents and evaluation indexes of highway pavement testing, including volume of traffic, pavement damage, the bearing capacity of pavement, investigation of pavement driving performance, and so on. And analyze the relevant evaluation indexes formulated by our country.Secondly, by analyzing typical highway pavement disease mechanism found that the road diseases are produced under the action of structures internal and external factors. Internal factors emphasize the material properties, and external factors emphasize the actual project operation.Thirdly, based on the detection theories to evaluate the highway condition,and analyze the causes of road condition decline.At last, according to related standards, specifications and technology, combining with the construction experience of highway maintenance, and putting forward the pavement reinforcing and maintenance design scheme of Zhejiang province ShangYu to SanMen highway.
