| Wind energy has a much longer history than solar energy,it is simple,clean and safe,and it is one of the fastest growing and least expensive energy sources in the world,with a broad development prospect.As one of the forms of obtaining wind energy,vertical axis wind turbine has many advantages over horizontal axis wind turbine,but there are also problems in aerodynamic efficiency,structural stability and safety braking,etc.Therefore,this paper proposes a nautilus equal-angle spiral vertical axis wind turbine,and the specific research contents are shown as follows:(1)The operation principle and advantages of vertical axis wind turbine are explained,the types of vertical axis wind turbine existing at present and the research content of each type of wind turbine are briefly described,and several important parameters indexes of wind turbine are derived based on the knowledge of aerodynamics of wind turbine,which plays a positive role in the subsequent simulation calculation.(2)A three-dimensional model of the wind turbine is established by the CFX module in ANSYS finite element software,and the mesh division,boundary conditions,and solution parameters are introduced according to the calculation process.On this basis,the basic aerodynamic performance of the Nautilus equirectangular spiral wind turbine,including wind energy utilization,torque coefficient,pressure distribution,and velocity distribution,is studied.(3)In order to obtain better aerodynamic performance of the Nautilus equirectangular spiral wind turbine proposed in this paper,the number of blades and the structural parameters of the inlet ellipse are optimized by means of numerical simulation to calculate the control variables,and the number of blades is determined to be 3 and the structural parameters b/a=0.76,and a prototype wind turbine is fabricated and a prototype experimental platform is built.On the basis of obtaining the optimal wind turbine structure,the wake flow characteristics of the wind turbine were analyzed.(4)A two-rotor disk motor was determined as the adapted generator,and the ANSYS Electronics Desktop electromagnetic calculation software was used to build a three-dimensional model of the generator,and the electromagnetic characteristics of the generator were investigated,and relevant data such as torque and speed were provided for the subsequent calculation of the wind turbine power generation characteristics simulation platform.(5)In order to investigate whether the new wind turbine proposed in this paper can be applied in practical scenarios,a model of wind power grid-connected control system was established to find the method to achieve the maximum power control of the wind turbine to realize the best utilization of wind energy.In addition,an integrated wind power/photovoltaic/fuel cell/electrolyzer/hydrogen production energy system was established using the Nautilus et al.angular spiral wind cluster as the wind power source,and the S-type wind turbine and the Nautilus et al.angular spiral wind turbine were grid-connected separately,and the superiority of the Nautilus et al.angular spiral wind turbine was found to be superior to the S-type wind turbine. |
