| Intelligent Power Station in a safe and stable operation of the equipment requires a secondary device to monitor it,control,measurement and protection,while the secondary circuit testing is an important part of proper installation and measurement of the secondary protection devices.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a safe operation test on the secondary circuit before the smart power station is put into operation to ensure the correctness and safety of the installation and debugging process of the secondary circuit device.During the test,a high-voltage test power supply is needed to provide the required test power for the device under test during offline testing.Based on the practical needs of the project design of a power rating of 200 k VA,rated voltage of three-phase AC power supply high voltage test 2.5k V offline.The topological structure adopts LLC resonant circuit to realize high voltage DC/DC conversion.The2.5k V high-voltage inverter circuit is realized by a cascaded H-bridge,using the quasi-PR control algorithm to complete the three-phase voltage control,and the PI algorithm to complete the three-phase current inner loop control,and realize the double closed-loop control of voltage and current.The hardware parameter design of the high-voltage test power supply was completed,and the simulation verified the performance of the topology and control algorithm. |
