In recent years,due to the development of environmental protection concepts and the influence of policy guidance,the scale of the new energy vehicle market has expanded rapidly.This is an important driving factor for the rapid development of the lithium battery industry.At the same time,with the advancement of science and technology,the rapid upgrading of various consumer electronics and communications The upgrade of energy storage systems has made the lithium battery industry full of development momentum,so it is meaningful to evaluate its value.Most of the research and analysis of the industry are based on the technical level,and the industry valuation research is only based on the in-depth analysis of a certain valuation method or the side-by-side comparison of several valuation methods.Such analysis lacks consideration of industry factors.Larger limitations,so this article studies the valuation model based on the lithium battery industry on the basis of case analysis.This article first summarizes domestic and foreign literature on enterprise valuation evaluation theory and industry value evaluation research,and secondly sorts out and evaluates the theoretical basis of enterprise value evaluation,and then summarizes the lithium battery industry and conducts research and design on the establishment of a comprehensive industry valuation model.,And then conduct value evaluation and analysis on the case of Yiwei Lithium Energy and use empirical evidence to establish a comprehensive valuation model for the lithium battery industry and conduct credibility testing and analysis,and finally draw conclusions.The main conclusion of this article is that the industry-based comprehensive valuation model contains more value information,and the interpretation and evaluation results of enterprise value are better than a single valuation model.Among them,the best-performing comprehensive valuation model combination is the economic value-added model,The discounted dividend model,the price-to-book ratio model,and models like the discounted free cash flow model and real options have relatively poor applicability for some companies in the lithium battery industry when evaluating industry value.The innovation of this article is mainly to use a combination of case analysis and empirical analysis to develop a comprehensive valuation model suitable for the lithium battery industry.The model contains multiple value information and enriches industry-based value evaluation research.
