Research On The Landscape Space Design Of Characteristic Towns From The Perspective Of Industry-city Integration

Since the reform and opening up,while China’s cities have taken on a new look,many problems have emerged.The rapid expansion of urban population and scale has reduced the comfort level of urban environment,and the original low-cost advantages of labor and land resources have gradually disappeared.At the same time,with the continuous improvement of all kinds of infrastructure construction,the regional disadvantage of small towns is no longer a condition restricting the development,but the value of its landscape resources and characteristic industries are constantly highlighted.Therefore,in the context of new urbanization,small towns have received special attention.At the same time,many cities and towns blindly develop characteristic towns under favorable conditions of national policies,so that they lack the characteristics of local economy,culture and regional customs,and finally become "characteristic towns" without characteristics.Therefore,the paper is based on the selected topic significance and the practical investigation with characteristics of small town landscape space,as the main object of study,in the perspective of city integration production,from the background,basic theory,methods’ research and analysis,and the strategy practice four aspects,tries to explain the landscape space design,and puts forward a series of feasible research means and design strategies.Firstly,by combing and analyzing the research status and design practice of characteristic towns at home and abroad,the paper expounds the relevant concepts and theories of characteristic towns,clarifies the connotation of characteristic towns,points out the difficulties faced by the current domestic research of characteristic towns,and puts forward suggestions on practical problems according to the existing research.It also analyzes the functions and types of characteristic towns,summarizes the components and characteristics of the landscape space of characteristic towns,analyzes the design cases of landscape space of characteristic towns,and summarizes the practical experience for reference,as the theoretical support of design research.Secondly,in order to study the landscape resources of characteristic towns and analyze the landscape problems,the evaluation method of landscape space design of characteristic towns is proposed based on the perspective of industry-city integration.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which is is constructed from three aspects: the degree of integration between spatial style and industrial system,the visual image and spatial feeling of human environment,and the ecological and ornamental nature of natural landscape and 17 index elements used to construct the spatial quality evaluation system of characteristic town landscape.The method of analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate and analyze the index weight,and the calculated results reflect the hierarchical relationship and weight value in the landscape evaluation system.It lays a foundation for the analysis of landscape resources and the evaluation of design effect of characteristic town.Finally,based on the hierarchical relationship of landscape spatial evaluation indexes,this paper analyzes the basic development conditions of Donghai Crystal Town from the aspects of location,nature,industrial resources,spatial status and functions.In addition,the landscape spatial evaluation system is used to evaluate the landscape spatial status of Crystal Town in Donghai Couty.The survey results show that the main problems of the town are the characteristics of industrial economy and the weak spatial accessibility.Based on the evaluation results,the overall design strategy of the landscape space of Donghai Crystal Town is proposed.In terms of industrial culture,the historical and cultural connotation of the town should be explored,a variety of regional characteristic cultures should be integrated,and the activation and inheritance of cultural resources should be emphasized.In terms of spatial function integration,it forms characteristic landscape leisure space,commercial block and living space,and connects multiple landscape nodes in series through traffic organization space.In terms of ecological design,the ecological system of the public space of the town should be integrated,and the natural resources of the town should be utilized to reflect the ecological characteristics of the town.Finally,in the practice of landscape space design of Donghai Crystal Town,the town environment is organically unified,the connection of various landscape nodes is unblocked,the core industrial culture is reflected through the landscape,and the effect of building the town brand image and enhancing the space experience of the town is achieved.
