The Research On Landscape And Environment Construction Strategy Of The Tourism Characteristic Town Based On Collective Form Theory

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy in 1978,China has already entered a age of rapid urbanization.A lot of huge cities has arisen in this 40 years.However the negative impact of the rapid development is deindividuation.There is less and less difference between the cities or the buildings.With the development of the economic,people are becoming more and more self-confidence.With the demand of traditional Chinese culture and history,Regionally and historical should be valued in building or cities construction activities is an important agreement nowadays.It is easy to tell by researching the process of urbanization in developed nations that The developed nations has already entered a deeper stage of urbanization.There even be a few of counter urbanization in those nations which breed the theory of town planning such as Garden City and Satellite City.Nowadays,China is trying to actualize New-type urbanization by executing some new policies like Revitalizing The Countryside and In Situ Urbanization which wil be helpful in easing urban disease.In this condition,with the practical experience of Zhejiang Province,Chinese government has proposed the policy of developing The Characteristic Town.With a lot of The Characteristic Town,Characteristic Town with tourism industry in particular,has arisen in China,most of them has been deep in the predicament of unification.In the construction process of The Characteristic Town,those town always build by copy the design of other towns which is based on idea of their own regional culture and history.In this condition,there is very little of difference between those towns which make those towns failed.This paper try to analysis some cases and actual projects with idea of Urban Thinking of Maki's Collective Form Theory and try to find out appropriate town form which is fitting modern aesthetics and inheriting traditional culture by figure out some elements from local building and landscape.By exploring the relationship betweenThe Characteristic Town and Regional culture,this paper try to understand the key points and difficulty in design landscape and environment of The Tourism Characteristic Town,and explain the reason why the image of those town is so approximate.From this point,this paper try to establish a new thought which will help to make the landscape and enviorment of The Tourismt Characteristic Town becoming characteristic,which will be useful in developing of The Tourism Characteristic Town.
