With the continuous deepening of China’s power enterprise reform and the rapid development of urban power grid construction,power customers have put forward higher requirements for the power quality,service quality and work efficiency provided by power supply enterprises.Ensuring reliable power supply is the key task of State Grid Corporation of China.In China’s three-phase four wire low-voltage distribution network,the problem of three-phase load imbalance not only seriously affects the normal production and life,but also threatens the stability of the power system.In order to solve the problem of three-phase load unbalance,a three-phase load balancing system is designed,which can exchange phase of load supply online.This paper first introduces the current situation of three-phase load imbalance in low-voltage distribution network in China,the causes and hazards,as well as the domestic and foreign governance measures.On this basis,the overall design scheme of Dual CPU system with STM32 single-chip microcomputer and DSP as the core is proposed.In order to realize the real-time control of low-voltage load lines and adjust the load balance of low-voltage distribution network,it is necessary to collect data.The vector genetic algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy and speed of calculation.The basic theory of system monitoring power grid signal and commutation is explained.In the aspect of system hardware,the function of STM32 MCU and DSP in the system is explained through the design of hardware circuit,the selection of devices and the communication between modules.In the aspect of system software,this paper mainly discusses the design of the main program of the system,the analysis of power grid signal by various system algorithms and the driving of communication module.Finally,the simulation software such as Multisim and MATLAB /Simulink is used to carry out the three-phase load balancing system.Through the simulation and debugging,the analysis of the simulation results,it can be determined that the system can quickly,reliably and reasonably switch the load power supply,so that the low-voltage distribution network can operate in a relatively balanced state.
