| Hydroelectric generating set is a key equipment in the field of water conservancy in China.It plays a vital role in ensuring the safe production of hydropower plants.The quality of its operation directly affects the quality and output of electrical energy.During the long-term high-load or high-speed state of the hydropower unit,some parts of the unit may produce severe vibration and operating noise due to various factors.If these severe vibration and noise exist for a long time,the structure of the hydropower unit will be destroyed and it greatly reduces the operating efficiency of the unit.These failures not only seriously affect the normal operation of the unit,but also pose a threat to the lives and safety of the workers.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the various parts of the hydropower unit in real time,and analyze the causes of vibration and noise,which is of great significance in the diagnosis of unit faults and the safe operation of hydropower equipment.This paper analyzes the causes of vibration and noise failures of hydropower units,and combines vibration and noise signal processing methods to design a vibration and noise monitoring system for hydroelectric generating units.The specific content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,combined with the working mode of the hydropower unit,the causes of vibration of the unit and the mechanism of noise generation are analyzed,and then the signal processing methods of the unit’s vibration and noise are introduced.The design plan of the vibration and noise monitoring system for hydropower units designed in this paper is finally determined,including the system design principles,overall structural framework,and monitoring point layout requirements.The monitoring system designed in this paper is composed of the data acquisition part of the lower computer and the monitoring part of the upper computer.The design of the vibration and noise monitoring system of the hydropower unit is introduced in detail from the hardware and software aspects.In the hardware design part,the selection of measurement devices such as sensors and microphones,the function expansion design of the data acquisition card and the anti-interference design of the system hardware are introduced in turn.In the software design part,the computer monitoring system design based on LABVIEW are introduced.Finally,in order to verify the practicability and stability of the designed vibration and noise monitoring system of the hydropower unit,the HL160-LJ-225 mixed flow hydroelectric machine was taken as the research object,and then the vibration and noise of main parts of hydropower units were monitored and analyzed under various working conditions.The thesis has 54 figures,14 tables,and 74 references. |
