| The stator permanent magnet motor has a simple structure,no winding or permanent magnet on the rotor,high mechanical strength,suitable for high-speed operation;the permanent magnet is located in the stator,easy to take cooling measures,can effectively avoid the irreversible demagnetization caused by permanent magnet overheating.Bearingless motor has the advantages of no lubrication,no friction loss,high efficiency,high power density and high speed upper limit.A new type of stator permanent magnet bearingless doubly salient(SPMBDS)motor is studied in this paper,which combines the advantages of the two.The main research results include the following aspects:1.On the basis of studying the structure of SPMBDS motor,the mathematical model of its rotating part is deduced.Based on Maxwell’s theory,the generation principle of radial suspension force is analyzed in detail.The inductance,air gap permeance and other parameters of SPMBDS motor are solved,and the magnetic energy expression is derived.Based on the magnetic energy expression,the radial suspension force of SPMBDS motor is solved,and the mathematical model of radial suspension force of SPMBDS motor is further simplified;2.According to the mathematical model of motor rotation,the steady and dynamic simulation model of SPMBDS motor rotation control system based on MATLAB / Simulink is established,and the simulation research is carried out under different load or speed;3.According to the steady-state and dynamic simulation results of SPMBDS motor control system,the experimental platform of motor control system based on DSP is built and the experimental research is carried out.The experimental results further verify the correctness of the mathematical model of SPMBDS motor rotation part;4.Aiming at the mathematical model of radial suspension force,the dynamic suspension simulation model of SPMBDS motor based on MATLAB / Simulink is established.Under the condition of no-load,load and sudden change of load,the displacement waveform and axis trajectory waveform of the rotor in x-axis and Y-axis direction are obtained,and the feasibility of rotating suspension is verified by analyzing the waveform characteristics;5.Based on the DSP motor control system platform,the single direction and double direction static suspension experiments of SPMBDS motor are carried out,and the displacement waveforms of the rotor under no-load,load mutation and other conditions are obtained.The experimental results further verify the correctness of the mathematical model of SPMBDS motor radial suspension force.In summary,this article analyzes the operating principle of SPMBDS motor,derives its mathematical model,and on this basis,builds a Matlab/Simulink-based SPMBDS motor rotating part steady-state,dynamic and suspension simulation model,and develops a DSP-based motor experiment The platform was verified by experiments,and the experimental results proved the correctness of the motor mathematical model. |
