With the continuous operation of the new generation EMU train Fuxing and new high-speed railway lines,the high-speed railway running mileage has increased year by year,which greatly improves the efficiency of passenger and freight transportation.In order to ensure the safe operation of the railway train,it is necessary to ensure the stable and reliable operation of its electrical system,then we need to regularly check the reliability of the electrical components of the rail vehicle.Considering that the existing special reliability test system can only meet the single electrical component test of rail vehicles,there are some problems such as low degree of automation,low resource utilization and lack of analysis function.To solve the above problems,based on the principle of flexibility,this paper proposes an optimized reliability analysis model,designs and develops a universal and intelligent flexible reliability test and analyze system for electrical components of rail vehicles.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Propose a new reliability analysis model: Establish a combined weighted reliability analysis model integrating AHP and entropy weight method(EW),the weight calculated by the new method can truly reflect the action degree of each index,and use long period data to correct the results.Analyze the advantages of improved firefly algorithm with probability selection and variable step size(PSFA),optimize the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),improve the operation efficiency of AHP.(2)Develop a flexible test and analyze system for electrical components of rail vehicles: Design and program the system including real-time hardware acquisition,data communication,reliability test and analysis management for multiple kinds of electrical components,this system can carry out automatic reliability test and analysis for multiple electrical components at the same time,and realize man-machine interactive operation through visual graphical interface,Automatic complete test,reliability analysis,test report generation and other tasks,effectively improve work efficiency and test quality.(3)Taking the vehicle variable frequency DC power supply and vehicle auxiliary inverter as the test objects,using the flexible test and analysis system developed in this paper to carry out automatic test and analysis.The experimental results proved that the method proposed in this paper is feasible and the software system is available.In a word,the reliability analysis algorithm proposed in this paper has high efficiency and accuracy,the flexible test and analyze system is applicable for various types of electrical components,and has a good application prospect.
