The DC power supply system has always been regarded as the most basic and most critical link in the power system.At the same time,it is also an important guarantee for the normal operation of most power equipment in key locations such as base stations and dispatchers.Therefore,how to monitor batteries in a timely,comprehensive and reliable manner The working state of the single cells in the group becomes the key to high-quality,stable power supply and safe operation of the equipment.After recent years of related research,the method of reflecting the battery’s internal resistance to its state has been supported by more and more people in related fields.Not only such a large number of related experiments and market practices have also verified the authenticity and reliability of this view.This article first introduces the characteristics of the battery pack and the structure of the battery,analyzes the common causes of battery failure,and studies and analyzes the relevant principles and methods of a variety of battery internal resistance detection.Finally,the AC four-wire injection method is the main theoretical basis.The reliable and stable device is designed with a more accurate hardware circuit to monitor the state of the battery.In order to realize the online measurement of the internal resistance of the battery,this paper uses a phase-locked amplifier circuit to accurately collect the tiny response signal in a noisy environment,and adds a wavelet denoising algorithm to the signal processing software design to further improve the measurement Accuracy.This subject is based on the Altium Designer 20 software platform,with STMicroelectronics’ single-chip STM32F103V8T6 as the main control chip,designed the hardware circuit for monitoring the internal resistance of the battery pack in the DC system,and carried out hardware online debugging on the keil5 platform.Established and passed the experimental platform offline and online monitoring related experiments are compared with the value of the Hioki HOIKIA internal resistance detector.The detection system is more accurate than the traditional system for monitoring the internal resistance of the battery pack.
