Intelligent Research On Home Decoration Design And Management Based On BIM

In recent years,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and they pay more attention to the pursuit of quality of life.The development of Internet in the information age drives the whole construction industry to innovate.Internet and intelligence will be a direction for the development of home improvement industry in the future.In recent years,the central and local governments have issued various documents to standardize the decoration industry,which put forward higher requirements for residential decoration.Under such an industry background,only by continuously improving the competitiveness of enterprises can home improvement companies occupy a place in the fierce market competition.BIM technology,as a building information model that can integrate the whole life cycle information of a project,has been applied in the construction industry with great recognition,which also provides a new method to solve a series of problems in the home improvement industry.Based on this research background,with the help of the application of BIM technology in home improvement industry,this paper studies the smart home improvement function from three aspects: the design and optimization of home improvement scheme,the engineering measurement of home improvement project and the information management of home improvement project.(1)Aiming at the problems in the design stage of home improvement industry,BIM technology is introduced into the design of home improvement spatial layout.While realizing the parametric design of home improvement,the derivative design method is used to optimize the spatial layout scheme,which quantifies the constraints that are difficult to evaluate in traditional design,and selects the better spatial layout scheme according to the reasonable data analysis results.(2)The accuracy of measurement and pricing results depends on the completeness and accuracy of the calculated data information.The home improvement BIM model contains all the component information used for measurement.By optimizing the home improvement model,the data requirements in the process of home improvement measurement and the measurement rules of home improvement are analyzed.The acquired component information is obtained by using revit secondary development technology,and the project quantities are counted according to the corresponding measurement rules.(3)With regard to information management of home improvement projects,firstly,the basic information of BIM basic installation model is extracted,and a home improvement project information database containing project model information,home improvement specifications,guidance document information and construction process information is created.On this basis,according to the information needs of various departments of the company,an information management system for home improvement projects is established to realize standardized management and efficient application of home improvement information.This paper contains 69 figures,22 tables and 100 references.
