| With the rapid growth of China’s economic level,novel facades emerge in an endless stream.As one of the preferred exterior protection forms of emerging buildings,the industrial scale of curtain wall is also expanding,showing a complex and diversified development trend.Traditional curtain wall design inspection and optimization usually rely on relevant personnel’s familiarity with specifications,standards and other documents as well as accumulated work experience in actual projects.The management concept is single,and the two-dimensional drawing based working mode and technical means are gradually unable to cope with increasingly complex design tasks.BIM(Building Information Modeling)has been widely used and researched in the field of construction with its advantages in visualization,full life cycle information storage and expression.The essence of KBE(Knowledge Based Engineering)is to realize the reuse of knowledge,which provides ideas for the research of knowledge and experience related to integrated curtain wall design inspection and optimization.Based on this background,this thesis takes BIM technology,KBE technology as research standpoint to establish curtain wall engineering rules inspection and optimization system,to realize curtain wall design inspection function,and to provide optimization ideas and implementation methods for designers.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyzing the composition and classification of curtain walls to clarify the basic structural forms and common types of curtain walls,and use it as a basis to determine the data information requirements of the curtain wall engineering rules inspection and optimization system.For the rules inspection function,this thesis collects relevant mandatory provisions from curtain wall design,construction specifications and standards,and organizes them into simple and recognizable text forms.For the optimization function,the ideas and implementation methods are determined through relevant literature or typical engineering.(2)Using skeleton-based method to realize the BIM design of curtain wall.Combining the principles of BIM technology,the characteristics and research purposes of mainstream core modeling software,the platform is determined to be DP.Considering the product and assembly characteristics of the curtain wall,the skeleton-based BIM design method of the curtain wall is proposed,and the information related to the rule inspection and optimization in the curtain wall BIM model is analyzed.Then,this thesis formulates the naming rules of curtain wall components,completes the BIM design of the curtain wall in the order of "skeleton-parts-product",and uses the skeleton-driven idea to explain the method to quickly realize the curtain wall design change.(3)Based on KBE technology,the curtain wall knowledge database is constructed.Through in-depth analysis of KBE technology and related theories of knowledge database,combined with the characteristics and requirements of design inspection information and optimization idea information,knowledge rules database and optimization knowledge templates are established respectively: For the knowledge rules database,by designing its logical structure and storage relationship,it is built with the help of Microsoft Access 2016 for design inspection;the knowledge templates store the solutions to the design optimization requirements,which are constructed with the help of the built-in tools of the BIM design platform DP.(4)Combined with the above research results,the curtain wall engineering rules inspection and optimization system based on BIM and KBE is established.Given the current curtain wall design and faces a series of problems in the review process,through the analysis of the function of the system and the data requirements,system design principles and framework are introduced.Then,with the help of VB6.0 and DP,the curtain wall engineering rules inspection and optimization system is redeveloped to realize the design inspection,auxiliary design deepening result visualization and other functions,which provides new ideas and new methods for improving the control ability of curtain wall design quality and efficiency.The thesis has 66 figures,28 tables,and 109 references. |
