Low-voltage distribution CAD technology is another application in the field of electric engineering design in the computer technology. But in our country, distribution CAD technology is still remain at the stage for drawing separated form calculation, have not formed integrated CAD system yet, and The designing of supply and distribution system is a complex project , it includes demand analyzing, load capacity determinating, the designing of high-voltage and low-voltage distribution system, and substation, in which calculation and analysis are included, and a number of drawings have to be protracted, the work load is huge.This paper directs against situation described above, analyzing and researching 10kV and the following low-voltage design principle of supporting the distribution and design content.Looking for and designing the materials, designing rules norm, various relevant electric designing manuals, getting various design data needed.And on the basis of contacting mechanism and relation inside among studying the electric figure, supporting distribution scheme, data, to for the distribution system to discern the topological describing and structuring. Building up 10kV and the following and supported the voltage transformer of the part of once of distribution low-voltagely, description method and related knowledge rule in capital equipment components targets such as circuit, circuit breaker, voltage electric current mutual inductor, fuse box, switch,etc. Taking Object-oriented technology and visualized technology, designing the express of electric equipment basic picture and branch road element of storehouse, and template figure storehouse of characteristic. Establishing which the framework of overall structure of CAD system for distribution. and realized analyzing calculating, drawing, data processing integrated .carring on the design of the database, completing the load calculation and reactive compensation, selecting type of the transformer, mainly forming the design module such as line confirming, electric equipment selecting type; And it can export drawings and different files at the same time.The system is base on the WINDOWS operating system,taking VB which is a visualized program language and AutoCAD as the development tool. the integration of intelligent design,data processing and automatic cartography in a substation's primary circuit,using intelligent technique supported by expert system,ActiveX technique to develop AutoCAD and database .this paper gives an example of design for one machine factory distribution stations indicate the correctness and validity of the system model and software program.The target of this paper is advancing the work efficiency, promoting the development of CAD technology for low-voltage distribution.it enables distribution technology to a higher level integrated,intelligent and standardization.it is the direction of development for the designer of Electric.
