As a main transmission method,high-voltage transmission lines have significant influence on the safe and stable operation of the power system.In practical,transmission lines could be easily affected by environmental factors,thus cause power system faults.Besides,when there is a slight fault,a short-term power outage could be caused.Then,the power system will be operating at an abnormal state.Furthermore,if there is a serious fault,the power system mignt enter an accident state,which will cause an impact on the power grid and affect social life seriously.Therefore,it is improtant to ensure the reliable operation of the power grid when the fault of the high-voltage transmission lines occurs.The economic loss caused by power outage can be reduced effectively in many ways,including the accurate and reliable location of the fault point,the scientific and reasonable dispatch of emergency repair vehicles,the rapid and efficient completion of fault troubleshooting and emergency repair work.Nowadays,the power grid is developing in the direction of informatization and intelligentization.Due to the fact that the traditional 95598 system has some disadvantages,the intelligent dispatching and management of emergency repair of power companies has become a hot topic in related fields.Some power companies have carried out the research and development of relevant intelligent systems,and some of them have been put into use.However,most of the application platforms are designed for the distribution network system presently,which are aimed at emergency repair and power supply recovery of the distribution network.There are two problems in fault location and emergency dispatching of transmission network,one is the inaccurate mapping between fault location results and fault location,the other is the unintelligent and unscientific dispatching of power rush repair.Based on this,it has important significance and practical value to research and develop a scientific,reasonable,accurate and efficient power transmission network fault emergency repair dispatching system.About the above problems,in this paper,based on the in-depth investigation of the practical and analysis of relevant technologies,a platform has been developed to realize high-voltage power grid fault accurate location and emergency repair scheduling.The main contributions of the research are as follows:(1)To solve the problem of the inaccurate mapping between the results of fault location and the actual geographical location of the fault points in practical,this paper analyze the influence of wave speed and length of line on the positioning accuracy of the existing double-ended traveling wave positioning method.Firstly,the pole and tower spacing of the actual line is corrected.Secondly,the catenary model is used to solve the sag length of the line,and the total length of the line has been further modified.In addition,according to the transmission attenuation law of the traveling wave in single and double circuit transmission line,two functions have been proposed to fitting the variation trend of zero-mode traveling wave with transmission time difference in both single and double circuit transmission line,respectively.Furthermore,double side line of the quantitative locating method of wave transmission lines is proposed based on zero mode.This method effectively reduces the influence of the wave velocity of travelling wave positioning accuracy,and realize the fault location results of high voltage transmission line and the accurate mapping of actual tower location.(2)Considering the particularity of emergency repair problems of the grid,the dual target path optimization model is proposed for electric power emergency repair by analyzing the demand for electric power emergency resources and repair.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the value of the two-objective function,besides,it is converted into the shortest path solution problem of urban road network and solved.Furthermore,the classical Dijkstra algorithm is used to solve the model.Then the Arc Map is used to simplify the OSM urban road network data,it is transformed into a network topology that could be used to solve the shortest path.In the end,the Dijkstra algorithm is successfully used to solve the optimal path in the urban road network.(3)Through analyzing practical research,Python Py Qt5 software is used to construct platform.Based on the maintenance and repair vehicle monitoring on electric power company,the line fault accurate location and the optimal path planning is combined.This combination can realize the high-voltage grid fault accurate location and the function of the emergency rescue vehicle dispatch.Finally,through the relevant case,the feasibility of the platform structures is analyzed,and the practical application value is verified.The thesis contains 45 figures,23 tables and 82 references.
