Abstract/Summary:
In the long-term working environment of the road roller,the driver’s misoperation due to excessive fatigue or the complexity of the operating environment causes frequent accidents of construction machinery destruction and injury.The display screen is a key area that the roller driver pays attention to and operates during the operation.The design of its warning information presentation mode will directly affect the safety and efficiency of the driver’s information processing.This research takes the warning information of the road roller cab as the research object.From the perspective of the user’s information cognition and cognitive behavioral response,the user’s cognitive characteristics of the warning information are studied,and then the warning information design is carried out to improve the driver in the warning state.The cognitive efficiency of warning information and reducing the probability of safety accidents are the research goals.The research body mainly includes the following parts:First of all,the basic theory of cognition,visual cognition and other theories are studied,combined with the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars on information cognition methods,alarm information element extraction methods,and alarm information experimental research methods.Based on this,it analyzes the human information processing process,sorts out the driver’s cognitive process of warning information,analyzes and summarizes the cognitive methods of visual and auditory information,so as to obtain indicators to measure the user’s cognitive behavioral response to the information.Secondly,by analyzing the form and presentation of the existing warning information in the roller cab,constructing the principles of warning information design,analyzing the problems existing in the warning information in the existing roller cab,sorting out and summarizing the design elements of the roller warning information,and evaluating and screening the design elements,Finalize the design elements of alarm information.Using eye movement experiments and behavior experiments to study the cognitive characteristics of visual and auditory warning information,mining the relationship between physiological data and user cognition,and then obtaining design elements with higher cognitive efficiency.Finally,combine the design elements to get the design plan,and use the task performance method and the physiological measurement method to evaluate the design plan.Through the use of eye movement physiological experiments and behavior experiments to study the warning information design elements,the data reflects the driver’s cognitive characteristics of the warning information,and the matching degree between the warning information design elements and the user’s cognitive efficiency is improved,thereby optimizing the performance of the road roller cab.Alarm information.This article mainly focuses on the research and evaluation of the visual and auditory warning information design in the road roller cab,but involves less tactile warning,and further exploration is needed for tactile warning information elements and design methods.The paper contains 33 pictures,43 tables,and 104 references.
