| In recent years,drinking water safety problems in some rural areas of my country have yet to be resolved due to water pollution.Most of the household water treatment equipment on the market is designed for urban municipal water sources,and the filtration link is not suitable for rural areas,the water and electricity consumption is not environmentally friendly,and the water production rate and recovery rate are also low.In response to the above problems,this design combines rural geographical advantages and water quality conditions,from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction,combines new energy and intelligent control with water production,and studies the BIPV-based cascade water purification system.The need to produce corresponding purified water is of great significance to the development of new rural areas.This paper takes Zhaiwan Village,Zhuji Town,Xiangyang City,Hubei Province as the experimental site,surveys and statistics on solar radiation and water quality in the area,focusing on the following aspects:(1)Research and design of photovoltaic power generation system,Use PVsyst modeling and simulation to realize the installation design to maximize the power generation of the photovoltaic system;the photovoltaic maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control method using the improved version of Inc Cond algorithm is more suitable for small occasions of independent households in rural areas,improving charging efficiency and reducing power loss.(2)Research and analysis of the pure water preparation process.According to the water quality in the contaminated area,the combination of UF+RO+EDI+UV technology and the single RO filtration process have higher precision,longer life and better taste;for RO The reverse osmosis process model was optimized and the nonlinear equation was solved,and the first-stage and two-stage membrane combination method suitable for local water quality was obtained.The desalination rate was over 95%,reaching the water quality standard of direct drinking water,and the recovery rate was over 28%,which increased the unit rate.The economic efficiency of the membrane.(3)The intelligent control of the pure water machine adopts the HMI serial screen to control the operation of each link of pure water preparation,and has the functions of parameter setting and alarm information storage.Using the MODBUS RTU protocol,real-time uploading of data such as flow rate and water quality and alarm information to the IOT cloud platform is the guarantee for the long-term effective operation of the equipment.Through the hardware combination test and software debugging of the system,the equipment prototype can run various filtering functions normally;then analyze the overall water treatment results of the system and 10multi-sample water quality filtration tests,and the conductivity of the effluent water quality meets the relevant specifications.,Fully verified the safety and feasibility of this system. |
