Corporate culture,the presentation of an enterprise’s core values,is an essential management tool for today’s enterprises to survive and promote highquality development,and it is also an enterprise’s core competitiveness that is difficult to be replicated.Moreover,there is an inextricable link between the survival and development of an enterprise and its culture.However,only if employees spontaneously identify with corporate culture can the power of corporate culture be given full play,improve the cohesion and execution ability of all employees,including the effectiveness of promoting the enterprise’s quality of service,and facilitating the enterprise’s sustained and wholesome growth.Therefore,whether employees agree with corporate culture is of great significance to the construction of corporate culture and the development of the enterprise.An overview of the practical history of corporate culture construction in A Power Supply Bureau demonstrates that although a more mature corporate culture has been formed and certain results have been achieved,there are still some managers and employees who lack in-depth understanding of corporate culture.Therefore,what is the current level of corporate culture recognition among employees,what problems exist and what countermeasures should be taken to further enhance corporate culture recognition is an urgent issue to be studied and solved.Based on the above,this paper takes A Power Supply Bureau as the research object.On the basis of a thorough research on the background of the formation,development history and basic characteristics of the corporate culture of A Power Supply Bureau,and with reference to the "Organizational Culture Identity Measurement Scale" proposed by Chen Zhizhong and Zhang De,it includes the design of a questionnaire to measure the current situation of the corporate culture identity of A Power Supply Bureau.In addition to this,this paper supplements the shortcomings of the questionnaire with an interview study.In the study,it is found that the current level of corporate culture identity in A Power Supply Bureau is relatively high,and the different age,length of service,rank and education background of employees will have different effects on the corporate culture identity.Especially,the promotion of employee’s rank,length of service and educational background will have a significant positive impact on corporate cultural identity.However,there are still problems such as the lack of specialized knowledge of corporate culture among managers at all levels,the ineffectiveness of corporate culture propaganda,the lack of excavation and propagation of outstanding corporate traditions,the reduced role of advanced role models in demonstration and leadership,the greater pressure of work and promotion on young employees at the grassroots level,the lack of participation in corporate affairs,the lack of harmonious internal management and the lack of motivation for sustainable development.If the above problems are not taken seriously,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the electric power system,the corporate culture recognition of A Power Supply Bureau will not be able to continue to maintain at the current level,and the corporate culture will not continue to play its due positive role.Therefore,there is a need to further improve the corporate culture identity of A Power Supply Bureau.Based on the current situation of the corporate culture identity of A Power Supply Bureau,the problems found and the causes of the problems,this paper proposes countermeasures to further improve the corporate culture identity of A Power Supply Bureau from four levels: cognition,emotion,behaviour and socialisation.These include putting forward safeguards in four aspects,including giving play to the leading role of party building,establishing a perfect corporate culture management structure,improving the management system that matches the corporate culture,and constructing a scientific and reasonable corporate culture assessment and evaluation system.This can provide a reference for further improving the corporate culture identity of A Power Supply Bureau and promoting the implementation of corporate culture construction on the ground.At the same time,it will also provide some reference for the study of China’s power enterprise culture.
